So you mean these guys are going on two months leave just because they had a few days of overtime at work? A screening process which is even more of rubber stamping? Wow! How many month leave should average Nigerian workers have then considering their regular overtime work schedule? I tire for this country. |
Just imagine the one-sidedness of Nigerian media. The accuser(s) has been the one saying everything all the while and the accused should not have any platform to defend himself? So, you see his efforts to respond to the allegations to be effort to pummel all the accusers? For one, I don't even like the pastor guy, yet, I believe everyone deserves the right to defend themselves. This is one of the reasons why I don't take this kind of case seriously. |
The majority of Nigerian workers by default are very lazy. Plus they have this entitlement mentality, and it is not a new phenomenon. It's been like that for ages, hence the infamous "Oga ta, Oga o ta" slogan, which literally translate to, "whether the company makes money or not, I must collect my salary". It is with this mentality most Nigerian workers operates. The " I cannot comman go and kee masef" mentally. Meanwhile, these severely affects the company. If you doubt this, just drive around and observe as a consumer and see how employees of different companies attend to you. If you don't know where to go, I'd suggest you drive into two different filling stations for example. One without sales target and the other with sales target and watch which one will serve you better and faster. I can tell you for free right now that there will be many of those attendants that will be gisting while you are waiting to be served. Some will even be giving you attitude. And If you really want to mess yourself, tell them you are buying N500 fuel and watch how they look at you. I know all these firsthand because I used to run family filling stations. And being the MD of the business, do you think you'd be happy seeing your employees with such attitudes? If you are not satisfied with my example, look around for yours and come back here to tell us your sincere observation. Most people supporting the tweet has never started or run a business before. Anyone who has been privileged to lead a company for at least a fiscal year will understand what it entails. Just imagine marketers complaining about pressure, have you ever wonder how much pressure the Njoku guy is under himself. No matter how pressured you think you are, it can't be up to 10% of what the management is going through or 5% of what the CEO is going through. But most of you wouldnt know. All you see if their well-tailored suits and well AC-ed cars and offices. Why do you even think they are always under AC? Hot pressure, if you must know. Some of us have suddenly become hypertensive at young age. But you all wouldn't know that. |
I mean, your sister is the dumb one here. Didn't she see the one on the makeup artist's face? ![]() |
NkayStory:Look, you and your ilk should keep your tribal and political cards to yourself. I don't play that. And if you must know, I have keenly been following this case and every time this dude is always the first to do a press conference or release, and he is always out to misinform the general public, just like his "GTB Take-over" gaffe that sent cretins like him running helter-skelter trying to protect the coins they have in their GTB bank account. |
I thought they said this crayfish was taking over GTB? Too many educated illitrates in Nigeria. |
AHCB:No he is Michael Dog-Glass. |
Guys, don't try this at home. His father is whom you can call Mr. Nigeria. His father is the present NSA (think of Dasuki former position). And this same father has been the NSA to like four presidents in recent time, the only exception is during Jonathan's regime when he was replaced with Col Dasuki (now in jail). Anyways, congrats to him. Princedapace: |
matify83:As much as I agree to a part of your message, however, what we need is not empowering our institutions, they are well empowered as they are, what we need to do is to curb the misappropriation of the powers by the heads of these institutions. For example, the executive order if you look at the critically wasn't really about the truck drivers or their trucks, it was about the people turning the traffic problem into a huge business. What they do is to use the same power that has been appropriated to them to make unscrupulous ways for themselves by arm twisting the drivers into paying up, the military in apapa for example. So, it is for the heads of these institutions to be law-abiding and patriotic enough to use the powers given to them judiciously. Can u imagine it had to take the president to threaten them before they do right thing with powers with them? Nigerians are Nigeria's problem. Period! |
Nigeria is in trouble. A business thread was posted around 6 am with over 5000 views, yet no single sensible business minded reply. Yet, the past 2 weeks has been noise about tonto dike and one small girl that married a rich man, it was surprising that everyone here had a voice then. This is the bane of the country here. The youth know nothing about the important stuffs, yet they are always loud when its time to talk about things that matter less. |
seunlayi:Well, wait for when you have the same grace, but for now, allow them to face what God has sent them. |
I didn't watch the video, but I'd take advice from a woman with 29 happy years of experience over anything from some random kids with a high probability of being raised in a broken home. I said high probability cos if you are from a stable home, your mom would probably tell you the same thing as that woman in the video. |
Looks like the old Mercedes Benz CLS. But the shark design is well defined in this. |
So what's the big deal? Aso Villa na their family house before? Imagine spending 2 decades in the villa? People like that go don turn mafia for there, even dey call the place their official family house. No wonder they were able to rally themselves to vote again the president. Such a temerity. |
The fact that you are unfortunate in life doesn't mean everyone else will. Plus, whats with Africans always believing they are better money managers than the next man. And the ones who are always quick to correct people about how they spend their money are the ones who don't have it I mean, if you're that smart, how come you don't have the money yourself? |
alBHAGDADI:This really cracked me up. Since the day I read about that stuff and watch the accompanying video, I trust the girls less. In fact, it's one of the first things that comes to my mind when I see pics like this. ![]() |
nabiz:SARS for north? Are you joking? Have u ever heard about all these reckless SARS activities in the north? Population reduction, fear and terror from govt is strictly for the south. You are the ones with the biggest threat to the govt cos you are educated. |
Yes, they sleep like this because they have gotten to their peek. Ask them how many hours they use to sleep when they were coming up in business and you'd surprised. Copy them at your own peril. If I'm worth just $1B, I'd be sleeping 8-9 hours daily, but now when I remember how much I have to pay as salaries and wages to my workers and how far behind we are in hitting our target, there's no way you are getting me to sleep 7 hours. |

Title: Abuja Hustlers and the League of Prostitut... |
This is one of those "you want to bring shame to this family after we have sent invitations out" type of marriage. Well, your family is still intact, now enjoy the marriage for life. |
As much as I don't give half a fvck about these two thieves, however, it is not a dynasty until it has been transferred at least to a successor. So Tinubu cannot be considered a dynasty yet. Moreover, only fools fall for all these PR write ups. Wait till something happen to Tinubu and see what these same media urchins will start writing about Mr Gentleman Tinubu. |
goaldynboy:Okay so you listed out the names, how has that help anything? Or is there a message I am missing here? |
IjebuWarrior:You guys need to stop being petty menh. Yes, as you said, they are doing what they are being paid for, yet it wouldn't be out of place to appreciate their effort. Even in the US and other western countries that you guys always cite as examples, people still appreciate such effort despite being paid handsomely. So, let's give appreciation where it's due, to encourage them to do more. |
HeyCorleone:Bro, you are talking about a big runs that folks in London are dying to get hooked up on. If only you know how many people from London are currently begging me to hook them up, you'd be surprised. Just ask any of your well-connected mummy and daddy London, they'd tell you more about it if they're really connected. |
StaffofOrayan:It may sound dumb to you, but my advice for you is to come out of your enclave and see how things happen in classes higher than yours. Plus I am not supporting him in any way, I'm only saying I see this happen all the time. And lekki is for the middle class and the wannabees, I'm talking about the real upper class of the society. So snap out of your low class and take a peep into how the really rich live. No offense. |
fyneguy:The lower class know nothing about their country. Trust me, as absurd as it may sound, people do this on a daily basis. People order bread, milk and all from London daily. You only need to see to believe. I live in Asokoro, this same area with this man. As a matter of fact, a few buildings away from this man's house. I even know his daughters. People needs to see it to know he is talking from way above y'all grades and classes. Not saying it is a good practice though, but it is not uncommon where I am from. |
When we keep telling you guys that beauty pageant is for prostitution, you think we are joking. Even the most innocent of them know what up. |
Why not kuku sell the son since he invested that much on it. Every investment must yield a profit. It's time to get paid brother, do the needful. |
Welcome to the world of PR. It always sounds real and objective. Billionaire eating in the Buka indeed. Whatever happened to all the luxurious restaurants in all his hotels? ![]() |
Y'all better don't get your f*cking hopes too high. The moment I saw the boy wearing an expensive suit, Gucci tie, and a Hermes bracelet, his matter was already settled right there. Like someone already pointed out, what Y'all should really be fighting for is "not too poor to run", cos the elite class is already beating you to the age thing. They are already carefully positioning their kids on your dream seats. |
If this is not pedophilia, then I don't know what is. |

You realize if your pizza arrives cold you can decide not to pay? Most would give it to you free of charge.
