According to the budget, about NGN1T will come from domestic borrowing. And just how will they get the money if not increasing the TB rate? Is he going to point a gun at our heads and force us to lend?

Funny how he conveniently left out this third term agenda, which according to Atiku, in an interview he gave channels some years back, was the genesis of the rift between them.

Well at the risk of generalizing, there's quite some truth in what she observed. However, if the boys are bad, the girls are simply TERRIBLE!!

My work takes me to many parts of the country, but nowhere have I encountered a group as inordinately proud, insufferably loud-mouthed and unpardonably abrasive as them, especially the ladies.

The bolded doesn't make sense. If a HIV positive person has sex with a negative person, and the condom prevents the fliud from the infected partner reaching the other one, isnt that prevention? ie Condom has prevented the transmission of the virus. There are numerous studies to show this BTW.

Condoms are effective if used properly, but of course the best remains abstinence and mutual fidelity.

The bottom line is that no one is really safe and we all stand the risk of contracting it as the Virus has a transient period between when it is contracted and when it can be detected in the blood so you may meet someone who is tested negative today and later may test positive.

GOD HELP US.

FRSC should consider speed bumps at the towns: Ezzamgbo, Ezillo, Nkalagu, etc.
