From your recent posts, I realized you used ICES for you ECA report......please I need some guidance based on your experience with them.

My wife has both RN and RM and we decided to use ICES because IQAS stopped receiving application.

We/she created her account online but got confused at a point, she was asked to attach some documents like academic records......what did u use? Transcript or your school issued diploma??
Also after attaching the documents online, did u still sent by courier?.

Kindly shed more light.

I have been expecting my evaluation report from ICES. This is the email I got from them last. [b]Thank you for your email. We are pleased to advise you that your report was completed and mailed to you on November 25. Please allow more time for delivery if you haven’t received it already. Based on our experience, international mail can take 2-8 weeks. It has now been almost 6 weeks. Should I still wait or go to the nearest post office as advised by neighbour? Thank you.

1.......I ICES currently is taking forever to assess people's credentials. If you can go through my old posts you would see the IQAS assessment . I cant remember but I used that and my midwifery to claim 2 or more certs and got my PR approved.

2.... I am not aware of such an exam as Pearson is still the company responsible for the RPN exam last time i checked.

3.......- your schools would send your transcripts.
- You would send a copy of your certificate with your
application package .
- NMCN would send the verification of your licenses.

I have explained this before but let me take time and talk about it again.

If u are a nurse with RN, RM, and any other post basic PLS use IQAS ur point grid will be 22 after d evaluation

If u are a nurse with RN RM any other post basic with BNSC please if u want use IQAS to evaluate d RN RM + d post basic and leave BNSc out of d evaluation, will tell u when to bring in d BNSc, this evaluation will give u 22points but if u add BNSC u get 21point from IQAS cos dey will recognise only d BNSc forward match to WES:
If u have RN RM or any other post basic pls run away from WES except if u have money for double evaluation. Now this is d reason WES will give u SSCE as Canadian equivalent with all these qualification, NB point factor 15,.
If u have RN, RM or any other post basic plus BNSc and wish to use WES pls just go straight to ur BNSc and leave all d diploma to avoid waste of time ur points after that will be 21 in d point grid.


For ICAS if ur plan is to go to Canada in 2019 pls use it even if u have any of the nursing qualifications u are very good to go by 2019 if express entry is still obtainable

If u have masters in Nursing or any other masters added to ur nursing degree pls use any of d agencies considering speed and processing times

I was discussing with a friend yesterday. Our fore fathers marry their wives without knowing them and they grew in love building wonderful families.

Today the reverse is the case, as people marry the one they love but the rate of marriage failure is on the increase.

Just like in many Christian household, parent are interested in bringing up their children in God's way and I am contented with it and will do same with my children. Thoughout history, they have always been secret disciples. You will often read of the watchtower speaking those who hide the Bible, read the Bible secretly, interpreted the Bible secretly. You can as well ask yourself, why didn't all take a stand? Why did they hide, work secretly? It's all because of the danger involved. In the past, it was about physical killing, today, the Watchtower employs mental killing. But in all these situations, God takes notice of the stand you take.

However, let me ask you, after you left, took a stand, how many people have you warn? What have you done to help others see what you saw?

However, as I have said before. Rest your case. I must create awareness while still inside, because nobody will listen to you when you are outside. They wouldn't even greet you. It will simply fit into the script played, "that you just hate the religion, you are just some disgrunted person. You what to smear it" and whatever the propaganda will be. So, please, allow the matter to rest. Also, try finding comfort in knowing that you have tried to convince, through reasoning, looking for support in the Scriptures and creating guilt feelings. But, as you have have been aware, I'm not falling for the guilt feeling of a thing.

You know the organisation of Jehovah's Witnesses are led by men that are really smart and curny. They have so indoctrinated their followers in such a way that if anyone says or alleges that their leaders are not faithful or truthful, the first thing that will trigger in the minds of the followers will be "either the person has committed a sin, and disfellowship, or his trying to hide his sins or is trying to escape from preaching or is trying to make excuses" (As you may have realised, JWs, elders, Ms, pioneers do commit sins and still remain in "good standing" , do assignment, lead in field service etc and no one knows.)

Whatsoever reason to divert attention from the points raised or made. Anything at all. I saw it happened to me when I started raising questions and objective to some biblical applications. First thing they will ask of you is to wait, wait for the organisation to clarify, and if you persist, they will start claiming "Satan is using you, you are trying to hide one sin or another and whatever have you". I have seen it before, I know it all. Its a systematic way the organisation uses to shut people up and the jw followers are tools used by the men controlling the organisation.

The point is, if I am outside the organisation to present these issues, it will simply fit into the script played by the organisation. It will be easy for the organisation to say and for people to believe that "this people is just some person that want to smear the organisation with wicked lies" or most" fittingly" "he was disfellowshiped, tell the world what you did" as I was said when I posted about the regional convention, and I had to refute the claims.

But when I am inside, with a clean standing, detailing what is wrong with the organisation, it will be very easy for outside observers to know that something is wrong, that it's not just about the 'fine, shirt and tie wearing, with smile faces' they see offering attractive books with pictures. It will clearly show that something is wrong at the core and that some people are aware of it.
More so, it will be easy to talk with fellow witnesses, draw they attention to errors and misapplications, something that can't ever happened if I am outside and their head is filled with "Satan is using you".

Also, you can ask, why not go to the organisation and complain, why bring these things to public knowledge? Why not handle them discreetly?

The answer is simply, it had been tried many times over, it simply doesn't work. When these issues becomes a matter of public knowledge, it will force the men controlling the organisation to change or try to defend their position which will lead to more errors.
Also, more will become aware. So, it's also about creating public awareness.

Also, many before us had tried to make the men controlling the organisation to try to follow the Bible, in most cases it got them burnt severely. Late bro Ray Frank, Edward Dunlop, to name just a few, they all tried. It didn't work, neither will it work in the future. The men controlling the organisation feels they are above reproof, above corrections, they opinions are all that matters, everyone must subject to them, irrespective of whether they are wrong. So, all that remains is "make it a matter of public knowledge" , it seems to be the only thing the men controlling the organisation is afraid of.

Then the matter of take a stand, let everyone know. My guess is, you mean, "leave the organisation. Just leave and keep on your work".

My answer to that is very simply, I can't for now. I'm not ready yet to lose my family. You can make new friends, new neighbours, new love ones. But when you lose your family, you can't get them back, especially when they are under the influence of mind control techniques. So, I can't. At least for now, I am not prepared for such loss. However, I am considering my options.

The readers will determine what is irrelevant and what is not. Its my work to let them know everything, both sides of the story, and what the organisation decides to hide from them.

And by the way, if they were irrelevant things, the organisation should have been the first to present them, not hide them or misrepresental them.

3. When watchtower decides to present falsehood, is it an excuse to expose it? All I can see is that you are only trying to make excuses for them.

My answers is.

Why do I need to go anywhere? Which is effectively following men? I feel no need to “go” anywhere. For I know the One who has the “sayings of everlasting life.” I appreciate the strengthening companionship of those I have with whom to associate (either personally or by websites) and hope that the future will add to my acquaintance with yet other sincere persons whose concern is for truth, not simply in doctrine, in words, but as a way of life.

I am simply trying, then, to be a Christian, a disciple of God’s Son. I cannot see why anyone would want to be anything else. I cannot understand how anyone could hope to be anything more.

To your question, what will I do? I believe there is always a need for caution. Jesus was a prime example of one who was cautious when responding to the pharisees. So it depends on a lot of factors, which for sake of caution, I can't say them here.

But I will say this...in a Christian life, what is primarily impotant is to allow God and his word be true, though everyman be found a liar(Ro 3:4). Jehovah examines the heart and he knows each circumstances a Christian is in.

So what is he still doing in their midst? He still goes to the kingdom Hall and joins them in doing all those things that he detests. He only comes to Nairaland to complain. Yet he associates with them. And you think there is nothing wrong with him? why not pull out? Why still joining them to do those things?

He has the right to oppose them. But you can be a member of PDP and continue to against the party that they are not good and yet you choose to remain with them and still follow them and participate in all the things you complain about. What do you call that?

People that do that have no moral value and no one value them. They are cults, but he remains with them. and you think God will spear him and gives him a good nod?

Imagine! At least nobody killed me during my time though. I still don't understand how they do that. You can manufacture defense. But I have deep knowledge of what I am saying. So not what one person manufactured will shift me. But I still maintain it. I have so many things confusing and I distanced myself, my conscience will not even allow me to cover up not to his level. He is doing more damaging to himself because he would continue to do something that he himself against and that is enough punishment.
