Funny people.... the man was already charged and sentenced for rape and kidnapping.... don't like the sentence... investigate the judge. The boy now died as a result of injuries of the rape (maybe the surgery)..... the guy now need to be charged for manslaughter. The State should be following the new case closely and make sure the same judge is not involved.

-homosexuality;

-having canal knowledge of a minor;

-Rape;

-criminal intent;

Murder;

And many more.

So, I wish to ask the trial Jugde, which of the above crimes carry the penalty of 1 month imprisonment?
Also, the combination of the clusters of the offenses have been committed by the criminal which must be calculated altogether. How did the Judge arrive at his Judgment?

Hon. James Gbande, member representing Kwande East State Constituency, made to kneel down and apologize to Governor Samuel Ortom after he accused the governor of not doing enough to end the killings by Fulani herdsmen in his constituency.

Fulani gunmen yesterday invaded Ikyoawen in Moor District and Diiv as well as Alaba villages of Nzaav council wards all in Turan, Kwande local government council killing 15 persons and destroying houses.

You have just confirmed the fact that Kemi has been imprisoned without being tried in the court of law. How can she defend herself behind bars? The question that begs the answer is that, has she been found guilty of defaming the defendants' character? If not why treating her like a common criminal? Why is she in prison' uniform?

Kemi should be released unconditionally since she has not been found guilty of defamation of character. She has not been jailed and yet she wears a uniform meant for prisoners? Guy who is fooling who? Do you think everyone in Nigeria is stupid? Where are all these human rights activists? This is not all about Kemi but about the infringement of someone's freedom of speech
