Believe Nigeria police at your own risk. I remember a time I visited Nigeria and went to a police station visit to a friend and saw Bail is free boldly written on the wall. And I said, "Wow! So bail has become free now, that's a good improvement." Every officer in the room looked at me as if I was an alien who had mistakenly landed on earth. I asked my friend why everyone was staring at me? He said bail was NEVER free and I should disregard the writings on the wall. I was disappointed but not shocked to hear that. |

INEC helps in rigging elections. PVC procurement, like other government-issued documents, is supposed to be a continuous process. It shouldn't be seasonal! When you go to their office sometimes, it looks like a deserted place. They are always complaining about one thing or the other. Either their computers are faulty or they have network problems. INEC needs a serious reform. |

There have been many discoveries of PVCs either buried or stashed in the forest or in uncompleted buildings! INEC should be held fully responsible for this mess! With all the billions it gets each year, it still finds it difficult to secure the PVCs and to make them available to their rightful owners! |
