Late last year, the company I worked with decided to reduce workers as a result of the high inflation. I happened to be one of the victims of the mass reduction.

I decided to use my little savings to buy a tricycle so I can be using it to do town service but my fiancee outrightly rejected such idea stressing that my societal standing is above that. After intense argument I went ahead and bought the tricycle. Since that day she has not picked my calls, call me or come to visit me.

I have moved on.

How would the owners of the refineries pay for maintenance costs, plus the kind of salaries that would prevent workers from leaving for foriegn oil companies (they do, well well).?

Things cost money. NNPCL is now a private company too.

Well, business people need to make money to pay their workers a competitive salary, that won't make them japa to other companies or abroad, and to pay for all the equipment they use, their maintenance, and any necessary upgrades.

Government does not pay them anything...


Or would you sell at a loss to help the poor?

So, it is time to see whether people who have taken up refinery licences would now commence work.

Also, Dangote seems to be maintaining radio silence.

Still, even with domestic refining, fuel ain't going to be cheap. Workers must be paid salaries that won't let them jakpa, and the refineries must be maintained, and government does not give any private firms money.

You know one thing is sure about this Peter Obi, he is a good Opposition, he is playing the opposition role well but in reality he should forget about becoming President here in Nigeria. Surely he will be a good President of Biafra Republic but not Nigeria.

A member of a church underwent a major operation, and his medical bill was N245,000. And he couldn't afford it.

His brother went to the Pastor on Sunday and told him to assist. The Pastor picked the microphone and told the church that our brother needs N245,000 to settle his medical bill.

Members began to donate.

After donations, what was realized was N760,000. And after the church, the Pastor counted N245,000 and gave the brother to the sick person, and then he put the balance into the church account.

The sick person's family are aggrieved. They're of the opinion that members raised that money for their brother and not the church so the church has no right to keep back any amount given to their brother. Cos the announcement was specifically to raise money for the sick brother.

The pastor is saying that they requested for 245k and he has given it to them. So whatever is left belongs to the church.

Is the pastor right?

Or is he greedy?

I've been single for over 5 years cus my last relationship was hell on earth.

All these while I've had this girl who used to be my mate back in secondary school. We got along real good but she made it clear she doesn't want any relationship with me cus of reasons better known to her and wants just sex anytime we meet.

Lately we met and she's wondering why I'm still single then later said she's gonna link me up with a friend of hers who she sees as a daughter (God mother as them call am).

The said girl is beautiful no doubts and she's already done all the talking to my surprise. She gave me the girls contact and said I should just contact her and we probably won't see as we used to.

Now my question is, what could be her motives for that. It's really confusing.

Do you expect it to have glitches before? What will be the essence of security measures INEC engineers put in place to secure AWS server? INEC engineer will tell you they resist attacks against the server from their end. And can you even defend internet connectivity issues from device users? LP can't prove this, they are only wasting time. By the time the engineer is crossed examine now, he may make LP feel like mumu

Pls something is really bothering my mind and I pray I will find good advice here.

I reside in Port-Harcourt about 1 and half years ago Iost my cousin. He died of heart attack. After his death, his wife has been getting closer to me, always calling me and visiting me and am still single. I have had failed relationships in the past. I have been so unlucky with the kind of ladies I met. They are always violent and disrespectful which I dislike so much.

But during my cousins lifetime, she was so good, cool and caring to my cousin and they never had any misunderstanding and they married for just 6 years here in Port Harcourt before he died and they never had a child due to infertility on the side of the cousin. But now everyone like friends and family knows me and scared if I should make advances to her if they won't be saying things against me or should I just forget and look for another lady to marry.

Pls i need ur serious advise. She has fallen in love with me already.
