This is the blessed state of the saint in Christ Jesus wherein the saint receives unmerited mercy from our compassionate God by Christ Jesus.
All unrighteousness is sin (1 John 5:17).
If we confess our sins, He is Faithful and True to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness by Christ Jesus, it is His Son Jesus Christ that cleanses us from all sin(1 John 1:9, 7).

The writer by inspiration from God recounts how he felt when he refused to acknowledge his sin. He lost his vitality.
Whoever says that he or she has not sinned is making the Lord Jesus a liar and His word is not in that person(1 John 1:10).

This is what the saint needs to emulate, maybe there is a sin or sins that you are guilt ridden about, humble yourself and penitently confess your sin to God(1 John 1:9).

(I) Is there a sin haunting you? Or a sin that you are yet to confess, please I admonish you to go to your closet, close the door behind you and in a humble and penitent manner acknowledge your sin, confess your sin and ask for forgiveness.

Knowing all things are lawful to the believer, we should not despise our fellow believer who does not partake of a particular thing you partake in, respecting the liberty of fellow saints because all things are lawful to the believer.
So we should not judge that brother or that sister who may not partake of that thing that you are in favour of but we respect each other and not judge one another.

The Lord Jesus tells us that we should not judge, so that we ourselves will not be judge, for with what judgement you or I judge, we also will be judged and with the measure we use, it will be measured back to us(Matthew 7:1-2).
So brethren, let us take to heart these words and by the grace of God ceasing from judging our fellow brethren in Christ(James 4:11-12).

Also we are to take note of the fact that we are Christ’s and Christ’s is God’s(1 Corinthians 3:23).
Therefore, who are you to judge? Who am I to judge?(Jam 4:12) To judge one who does not belong to you and has a master, an owner.
To the master that servant stands or falls. Indeed, the master can make the servant stand.

What this means is that if someone, a fellow brother or sister, seems to be falling away, it is to the owner not to you and you have no right to judge that person, one who does not belong to you but to another. And that person, the master can make that person stand.

This is to make us aware to be aware of the liberties, our fellow brethren have, that is one can esteem a particular day above another, one can be like, this particular religious public holiday, I’ll observe it, I’ll esteem it but this other particular day, in my opinion I don’t think one should esteem it, one should observe it, so I’ll go about that day like any other day because I don’t want to observe it.

And if that person regards that day, it is to the Lord, if that person eats, that is partake of a particular thing, that person eats to the Lord, for that person give thanks to God.
And if the person does not eat, it is to the Lord and gives God thanks.

Some days before I saw two stars moving, a friend of mine when we were coming back from a weekly service also told me that he saw one star moving in the night and no we are not confusing those stars with air craft or satellites in space.

Even another time again, it was brief, I saw one bright star move across the sky very fast, one moment it was there another moment it wasn’t there. Last week Sunday, early in the morning, maybe some of you noticed it, thee way the sun, moon and a morning star aligned perfectly in a straight line.

Romans 6:3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

Let us briefly go through the first three verses of the text.

When we read verse 42-43, we realize that we ought not to seek the praise of men but rather the praise that comes from God. Taking example from our Lord Jesus Christ, who boldly stated that He does not seek the honor of men but. Rather. And seeks the honor the comes from God(Jn 5:41,44).
The honour that comes from men is not worthy to be compared with the honour that comes from God, in my own opinion conceiving such a thought is repulsive.
But rather the children of Light seeks honour from the Father, let us go back in time, shall we?
-Enoch walked with God, God so honoured Him that He did it taste death but was taken away(Genesis 5:24), Abraham, Sarah, Israel, Deborah, Joshua, Josiah, Solomon, Ezekiel and so on.
-David, a man after God own heart, God so honoured him that He established a covenant with Him, blessed Him and His family with an everlasting blessing.
(And this I just on earth, there’s still way more in store for the children of light after their redemption is perfected, that is everlasting life, and way much more to be explained but please just be content with this that they might be the CHILDREN OF GOD, THE MOST HIGH).
-Our Lord Jesus Christ has been given a named greater than any other name, has been elevated to sit at the right hand of God’s throne, the fullness of the Godhead bodily dwells in Christ Jesus, you can only.

We were once darkness but we are light in the Lord, so let us walk as children of light finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. and have no fellowship with works of darkness(Ephesians 5:8-14).
