dhavydo: Some riders tho.... Got a pick up request and I called to confirm pick up location. Me: Good afternoon Ma...you requested an Uber, kindly confirm the pickup location number on street
Rider: where are you? Me: I'm at Spar Lekki. Rider: then why are you calling me? You should only call me when you get to my gate. I even thought you were at the gate. Don't call me again if you are not at my gate. Me: okay ma..have a nice day. And I happily canceled the trip. Life's too short to stress myself with unruly riders... Rather than having a bad trip which would boil down to a bad rating I totally avoid such trips. Next time drive to the pickup location wait for 5mins then cancel, it's high time riders starts respecting drivers |

emmancecute: I consider 3 things before deciding if I'll be going to a place or not. 1. Security: 2. Traffic 3. Possibility of getting a request from that place. This is the best, only that I don't like asking for destination from riders after accepting the request |

They think if Prof Osinbajo goes out of the equation then the Senate president in person of Bukola Saraki will automatically becomes the VP and if PMB wins his 2nd term in office then he would be poisioned and will not be strong to continue in office then saraki automatically becomes the president. That was there plan, now that their plan A has fail, they are most likely to move to plan B |

GAZZUZZ: chucsmoore would disagree.
Check your work tools, check your approach to work, read and ask questions you will be fine. Everyone us just doing the job temporarily, some are doing it for fun. Some are doing it due to hardship and unemployment No one can be happy driving people around with insult then uber will charge 25% while you still buy fuel. |

joshchisimdi: Yesterday we reported that the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo's helicopter crashed in Kogi State, and the Caverton group has released a statement revealing why the incident occurred.
Josiah Choms, an executive at Caverton who confirmed the incident which occurred at about 3:00 p.m. in Kabba, Kogi State, said the accident was due to “unusual weather conditions." According to Mr. Choms, there were no injuries to the passengers or crew members as they were all quickly and safely evacuated
“The relevant authorities have been duly informed and an investigation into the incident has commenced. We will, of course, support the authorities as required,” the statement added.
Recall that Laolu Akande, a presidential spokesperson, said 12 people including the minister of state for labour and productivity, Stephen Ocheni, senior presidential aides, security officials were on board the helicopter.

franksam2009: believe it or not what she did is a criminal offence for a woman of her status (as she claimed), she's actually dubious, after a ride she blacklisted her card and refused to fund it for 2 months lol,. D best thing she would have done is call the wicked driver and demand explanations, then next is report to d company immediately,. The company will definitely investigate n refund her money and possibly prosecute that driver.. You are very wrong, blacklisting the card was the best choice. |

ifyalways: Dec last year, late 20's. I Requested a ride on a Sunday morning from Ikoyi to MM2. We arrived the airport, I was already sort of late to board so I just picked my luggage and rushed in without confirming the fare and/or if the driver has ended the trip.
After all the check in formalities, a quick meal and waiting to board, I checked taxify and lo and behold, trip was still ongoing. it was a card trip so first, I quickly blacklisted the card , then waited for the bill. Days later, on arriving to my destination, I got a mail that i should fund my card or add another payment option for my ride with a whooping bill of 12,300
I no bother to reply them sef. I'm just curious now, will the driver be paid by taxify? I earlier thought of going to taxify office when i return to the country to officially complain but on second thoughts, I changed my mind . Send a mail to Taxify, explain what happened that the driver is not trustworthy and should not continue on the platform. |
