Is there no way anyone can caution this man to stop drawing the Yoruba nation on the ground? What is all this? Is this the result of having a showman (Dele Momodu) as a friend? The departed Ooni and the late Emir of Kano were long time friends and business associates, it was not this type of slave-master relationship. Even at that, their affairs were more in private than these public show of docility. |
seunmsg: Abi iru ki wa leleyi bayi o o Eledumare? You people can come up with just anything to justify subservience. Did Sanusi himself pay visit to anyone in the South West publicly like this before his selection as Emir? Now that you have elevated the stool to 'Ooni of Nigeria' where are other princes (of the other ruling houses you mentioned) going up and down? Can we see their pictures? When tomorrow, one historian in Bayero University comes to assert that the Ooni stool is determined by them will you come out here to dispute that? |
Is it the same 'omnipotent' Buhari we are being told needs protection now? When did he become a weakling who requires protection from mere mortals? How can a god need protection? How can anyone bring down the government of a 'supernatural'? Is there another Buhari we don't know or does this guy just choose to be a m o r o n on his own volition? This guy must thoroughly be investigated. This is what they do when they've ran out of ideas. Trying to justify 'dullardry' with senseless insecurity claims. Oga or Madam writer(s), paranoia will not help you, Buhari must live and fulfill all his promises, in less than 100 days 'we are already experiencing the Nigeria of our dreams', no single hair will be removed from Buhari's head. He must live, you people cannot plunge Nigeria into another round of savagery in the name of power. Anyone wishing, praying, planning for Buhari's death at this time and subject Nigerians to unending bloodletting will meet with utter ruination from generation to generation. Only God knows how many people the bloodsucking savages will slaughter because of this paranoid, totally deranged writer's claim. What they planned but couldn't achieve during transition is being tried now when there's relative tranquility politically. |
BekeeBuAgbara:They are putting all their hope in their messiah. It won't be long before they know how far. |
KoloOyinbo: Is that not why they appoint those who will assist them in time in order not to waste time unnecessarily? Are you adjusting the 'timescale' to two year now? We will wait it out. Any amount of time you need you must have it so you won't give any excuse that time was what you lacked. If you like give a hundred year 'timescale'. We are here. |
laurel03: You are still here dreaming. Where will you run to now? The prognosis is not looking good really. It seems the dullard is even using style to give up and admitting his lack of capacity. Imagine he is calling on the ELITES for assistance. The same elites he has been smearing? Nigeria not a rich country – Buhari http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/08/nigeria-not-a-rich-country-buhari/ How will you his disciples do it now? No money; the treasury is 'virtually empty'; the country is not rich, and now it's looking like American is not 'willing' to 'help' trace and release the 'looted' $150bn with them, even though they have 'given' the list and the account numbers to Adams Oshiomhole. How will you guys have your monthly N5000 now? |
OPCNAIRALAND:1) Nuhu Ribadu/Fola Adeola 2) Rotimi Akeredolu 3) Dele Belgore 4) Chris Ngige |
ORACLE1975:"Amaechi brought 80% of the money the party used for the elections" - Mohammed Abubakar. - Governor, Bauchi State. |
subterfuge:That's what Buhari is known for. He asked for the registration of his kinsman but suspended another person for a similar 'offense'. More to come. |
phyllosilicate:Ogbeni, do you people have any analytical skills at all? This is the figure for the entire country. The money goes into the federal account for the entire country. The federal government budget of N4trn is just a subset of the the total figure. This is part of what the whole country shares. The federal government plus the 36 states and 774 local governments. You would have to add all their budgets together for better understanding. And the report stated the percentage of shortage compared to the same period last year. Will you just open your eyes and read before you jump into hysteria? Why is so difficult to comprehend simple things for you guys. Okonjo-Iweala's assertion was recently corroborated by your dullard god who said all the notions of Nigeria being a rich country are false. Why are you people so easily deceived with figures. |
They will soon come out to say it was not the dullard that asked the question personally but Permanent Secretary. |
He he he he. From Lion to Swine. |

Stealing is not corruption - Jonathan Confraternity is not cultism - Soyinka |

This dullard in Abuja lacks the capacity to comprehend democratic tenets. Placing everyone under security watch-list was the same strategy he used to ruin Nigerian economy for 20 months in the early 80's. Now justices (even of the highest court in Nigeria), journalists, religious leaders, traditional rulers, students, businessman, political opponents and online contributors are reportedly under heavy security surveillance, not because they are aiding the country's foreign enemies but for doing their work lawfully, just because the dullard has nothing to offer. How about putting the economy and Boko Haram under security 'watch-list' to save the citizenry from their acute despondency? Nigerians will massively resist turning the country into a police state under any guise. We fought the military to submission, this is a battle Buhari can't win. If the APC forcefully resisted the declaration of emergency in a war ravaged north east, there's no single justification for this surveillance program in a peaceful atmosphere. The same APC made a damning allegation of sniper sponsoring against the last government. In a democracy, security operatives protect the people and not intimidate them. The judiciary should not be intimidated to pervert justice against Buhari's political opponents. |
PassingShot:Femi Adesina was quoted by the Punch. He works for the dullard at the presidency. Or do you mean the presidency at Bourdillon? |
kutchs:The Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Section 14 (3) "The composition of the Government of the Federation or any of its agencies and the conduct of its affairs shall be carried out in such a manner as to reflect the federal character of Nigeria and the need to promote national unity, and also to command national loyalty, thereby ensuring that there shall be no predominance of persons from a few State or from a few ethnic or other sectional groups in that Government or in any of its agencies." |
Denn:Pat Utomi is one of the many pseudo intellectual showmen we have in Nigeria. Their strength is in media interviews and other packaging not in any academic publications or thorough research that can help Nigeria. Utomi calls himself a professor of 'political economy' without ever knowing what politics or economy means. How many intellectually oriented books has this guy written to add to the body of existing knowledge in his 'field'? A so-called professor who can open his mouth so wide urging a confirmed dullard to go ahead and disobey the constitution of Nigeria. How can anyone who went to school at all be calling for a lawless action? Is Utomi now a supreme court justice interpreting the laws of our land? The constitution was clear about ethnic balancing of appointments in the country. It is unambiguous. The same constitution went ahead to establish a federal character principle and a commission to boot. That is, it must not only be obeyed, the principle must be enforced. These were as a result of past experiences which led to restiveness and frictions in the polity. Does this 'professor' know what inclusiveness mean? Does he realize that he can't even try that in his own village in Delta much less his local government? Nigeria went through a civil war sparked by complications arising from issues like this. For God's sake, a region threatened (and they carried out the threat) to make Nigeria ungovernable because of 'marginalization'. Who awards professorship to this kind of fellow? What exactly does professor of political economy mean? |
kulobyno:Oga, it's a bail bond. They don't pay immediately if at all it's necessary to pay. That's just the amount his surety pledged to pay to court if the accused failed to show up in court (if he 'jumps bail'). It's not like the 'bail is free' type of our friends in black. |
bushdoc9919:Let the probe begin and less of talking. In four years time, Buhari himself would be preparing for prison, this time in his old age. No matter who takes over from Buhari after his tenure in 2019, even if it's Yusuf his son, he will still be probed. Successive administrations always blame the preceding ones, it won't be different in Buhari's case. All his Sai Baba slaves wont be able to save him. By then, they would have been pauperized by his policies that they would be shouting for another CHANGE. There's something in Buhari's destiny that attracts prison; he sends people to prison and he is in turn sent to prison. |
Johnpaul88:The 'wind of change' is still preparing to blow since? When is it going to finish its preparation and start the actual blowing? When will these people stop going in circles? |
Has Aregbesola resigned over the forgery of the security reports that brought him to office through Salami's court? |
AutoCarTracker:The same 'international community' created everything you are seeing here. |
StOla:Maybe you don't know, some people's definition of Nigeria getting better does not include waiting for Buhari's government 'unemployment' bailout of 5000 naira MONTHLY. Some Nigerians are actually independent of government handout. If you learn to use your hands to fend for yourself instead of lazily waiting for a magician to feed you and your family, perhaps you too would have freedom to think independently and not like a slave defending your master every time (if senselessly). |
Bluetooth2: Mr Man. When you forget something, there's nothing you can do about it until you either remember or you are reminded. Human memory do fail. Admit you are human. It's a virtue to admit one's mistakes and limitations. It will only earn you respect and adoration by reasonable people. You said you couldn't remember when last a minister of state for petroleum was appointed from 1999 and you were gently reminded. Instead of you to take the reminder like a man, you jumped to a spiral argument about OPEC which was clearly out of the way. |
StOla:You will probably die in your slavery if you don't get deliverance fast. Even if they report that Buhari beheaded your parents you will still publicly defend him for doing that. You will tell the world that your parents deserve to be beheaded by your god because he is 'leading your country well'. Pathetic! |
Bluetooth2:Good you remember now. Your memory malfunctioned earlier. |
StOla:You are a cursed liar! Buhari said he didn't know what subsidy stood for. Go for deliverance from chronic lying. |
nijanigga:What are you waiting for? You can begin to shut down all the media sites now. Don't forger to ban twitter and facebook. The dullard dictator is back in the saddle. He is working without the National Assembly now. |
