Just keep banking hunting....that's the right word lol. Tried to open BOA in December, the lady refused stating she needs a Proof of identity that carries my USA address. Had to leave. Dad told me how to go about getting state ID, we went to where I was to have it done; they gave me appointment date that is over a month that I can't get it done immediately.......Na so I just try my luck enter another BOA.....and viola! the guy opened it for me with just my passport and drivers licence. Didn't believe it till I got my debit card. So keep trying different branch or u get a state ID

Olorilee:
Please has anyone opened a Bank of America account recentlyhuh Or any other account in the Stateshuh Dem dey ask for proof of PR before dem go open one. Pls who has any info on this?? Thanks

quote author=thermolady post=53295634]Greetings to all in the house: 1st ‘missionary’ journey successfully concluded mainly thanks to advice & tips from this Forum.

For me, it’s been one favour or miracle after the other.
1st, my Godsent, confident Elpaso obgyn allowed me to have a vagi/normal delivery despite my quite advanced age & high risk, precious nature of pregnancy. Was successfully induced at 40 weeks.
ii. this normally superbusy doctor patiently stayed with me for over an hour in very final stage of labour, encouraging me to push despite 2 doses of oxygen & my worry that it might end in C-Section.

I didnt ask him anything o.....I'm for VD. I chose eastside cos their pricing is straight forward.....I don't understand all the plenty thousands gwinnet people are calling. So to avoid story(bills) that touches the heart, I went straight for Eastside. Didn't know he had preferences for hospital for CS and VD

Hello everyone. In the spirit of giving back. Got into usa yesterday with my 2yr LO. Flight was Lufthansa and it was great both to Frankfurt and NY.

At new York I used the machine and was directed to a very cute young Cbp

Cbp: Hello madam
Me: HI
Cbp: what's your purpose of visit
Me: Vacation and childbirth
Cbp: staring at me ....childbirth? huh?
Me: Yes
Cbp: oh so you are pregnant
Me: yes (wasn't showing as I'm 28wks)
Cbp: How long will u be staying and wit who
Me: staying with My Dad and for 4 months
Cbp: is he a citizen or resident
Me: citizen
Cbp: stamps me in for 6 month....Enjoy your stay

No sec inspection and no document checked. Was directed to agric....asked if I have yam, Maggi and veg....said No and he told me to go. Had my visa before I got pregnant and I've used it for vacation. Still sent letter of intent
Thank God for a smooth journey and successful poe.

Good morning mamas in the house. please can i pack all my load in 1 place instead of having two 23kg bags. i would rather go with just 1 bag but surely weighs more than 23kg. i will be flying with lufthansa.
