Haha. Really i see no point going back to an ex. An ex was an experience and should be left as that. As for those guys practicing all the sex style on their ex thinking they are getting some form of revenge let me give u one spoiler. Your sperm will end up developing the said girl and making her more robust and attractive for the next guy whilst you become malnourished and weak from giving out your sperm carelessly. This can derail your focus and make u lack willpower and most times it gets really crazy as you will end up becoming attached to the girl again and this time will have to go over the pains of before 2* when the situation ship eventually ends as it’s a ticking time bomb waiting to explode. So my take accept ur ex as friends but deny them all and any form of intimacy until you vet them properly and throughly , gear your focus on making it in life and work hard to be the man who she regrets letting go. Men be stingy and selective with your sperm. I enjoy seeing my raging early morning erection more than having sex. Weird but true. And the longer I go without having sex the stronger it becomes, I’ve gotten nice compliments about how rugged it looks.

At this stage of my life I’m crazy about fitness and exercise and I’m aiming for a 4month continuous workout where I will split the month into 4weeks and I take each week to work on each part of my body. I’m already two weeks gone,

Week 4 back n shoulders ✅.
