The pastors are scamming her off the money her son is giving her. Its not that hard to understand. She can pray for her family without stepping a foot inside a church, after all God is everywhere.

Once any pastor sees that you’re a giver and you attend church everytime, they will capitalise on it to rip you off. Go to church but be careful not to overdo it. Those pastors are doing their jobs, don’t go to church everyday while your own job suffers. Talk sense into your mother.

Your mother is an addict and Churchianism is her addiction. There are so many in that country plagued by that very problem and the only thing you can do for them is find ways to remove them from the object of their addiction. Sadly, with a church on pretty much every block you walk, that is hard to do. lipsrsealed

You really can't save her, any form of attempt you make will be seen as persecution,

The typical way most pastors get this level of devotion is by first isolating the person and then create an US vs Them dynamics, where she's always fighting battles against an enemy ( the enemy being anyone that tries to make her think differently).

Most times this devotion happens for many reasons ,but research has shown that the major reason for this is "GUILT".

I don't know how you can do this, but if you can find the source of her guilt ,you can help her see clear. But most times , In order to not bear the consequences of their guilt they hide it under this rock of religion and devotion.

Major kind of guilts you'd find are;
1) feeling of guilt from death of a loved one where they feel they should have done more

2) Infidelity

There's nothing you can do to help your mother as her case is beyond redemption...

Religion is already a part of their mental and psychological makeup.
The only person to help them is themselves and dats if they keep an open mind to issues else nothing will save them

Church as turned most of our people into unreasonable morons. No offense to your mother. Church uses hypnosis and mind control techniques and it's particularly effective and locking the brains of our women. The Catholic Church is a little more reasonable that the average church and 100x more reasonable than an ordinary Nigerian/African denomination.

Find a family where 1 member joins all these Nigerian churches that doesn't immediately fall apart.

Hopefully you overcome this, sorry to hear it.

Prayer that prevents her from remaining in a church instead of jumping from one to another?
Some even jumper from prayer house to another. And that is how these guys only sees earh in the family but nothing else. Then these guys will extorting her. All in the name of prayers and cleansing.
We Don talk tire and kept reminding her that if you don't have money that means they won't see vision for you.

Have you asked her what she's looking for about? Tell us about her reasons for looking for "god" everywhere. Let's hear her position first before we can advice accordingly.
