I'm sure you will be bold enough to tell your sister's bf to treat her like rag (that's if you have one ) it's nobody's fault you mingle with the wrong kind of ladies. Showing too much love to any girl not just naija girls kills attraction and makes the relationship boring. Showing too much love means that you are over-investing in the relationship and guys should not do this cause the least invested person in a relationship controls a relationship.
Treat women like kids. Don't call her everyday, let her miss you, scold her, show her that you have options(have the abundance Mentality), don't ever beg for her love, learn to have fun without her and lastly don't be afraid to always walk away. In summary: Push and Pull.

Most likely 7 of 10 ladies will misbehave once they become convinced that their guy is hopelessly in love with them.A girl-friend will use it to manipulate her boy-friend, a wife will do same, blackmail her husband and eventually become complacent and take everything for granted. Love is one very potent weapon mischievous ladies use to take control of a man who is not suspecting, hence they always want to know if you have it for them and once such ladies are sure of it, you 're in "bottle". Nowadays, with so many young ladies educated but having complexes they seek love without realizing that love takes commitment they misuse and cry later.

Don't be too close to her, give her some distance and she will value you and this is where economics comes which says that scarcity creates value.

Don't give her much money even if you have much to spend, but make her believe you have money by spending it on yourself.

Don't call her everyday keep some space.

This is the policy I made about women and it's worked and keep working perfectly for me.

It depends on personality. Some women misbehave when shown 'too' much love, some don't. And it's not just women: men, too, are capable of misbehaving.

Anyway, it's not advisable to show someone you're not married too much love. It's boring, less challenging and consequently less exciting. Sometimes, people should be made to earn their dues.

I have been reading comments and in as much as I'm not yet a victim, I'm one of those guys who shower girls love. Oh sorry, I have once been a victim but I didn't want to generalize girls.

Just like someone said, too much love makes the girl feel so obsessed. Just recently I celebrated my birthday and my gf went to her facebook wall and put my pictures plus cake in a picstory fashion,and wrote love words. Anyone who sees that post would know what's up. I was tagged. But wasn't on my wall because of my facebook settings. I decide which posts I'm tagged and if I want them on my wall.

I wasn't comfortable ofcourse and I'm gonna ask her to pull it down or just edit the words. Now if I do that she will obviously ask "why don't u like it"? "Don't u love me"? Etc.

I know why she did that. My ex is a mutual friend on facebook and she knows about her, hell I don't know how they became friends, but I assume my gf added her the moment she learnt she was my ex. Prior to my bday, she tol me during one of our chats that my ex bday was 6days before mine bla bla. I sensed she wanted to hear what I had to say but I didn't say much. And I got to learn she has bEen chatting my ex up on facebook asking to be her questions based on personal stuffs. And I believe her latest post on my bday was to pass a message indirectly to my ex that she is now number 1.

I'm still undecided. I want her to remove all those sensitive love stuffs and just say happy bday dearie. atleast everyone is being called Dearie these days.

Or what do u think guys?

Back to topic...It is very true! U see, the thing is this.......When you show a woman "too much" love and affection by calling her everyday, showering her with affection and all, she tends to relax and sees you as a "No Contest" guy. She will begin to act irrationally and treat you like dirt because she believes you will still smother her with that affection and yearn for her attention and love once more.
But as a man, when you show her affection on a 50%basis and strict "i don't care attitude" on another 50%basis, she gets agitated and will want to do everything to get it to a 100% affection level. Now that is what will make her stay and hang around you as she believes you are showing that remaining affection to someone else which she has taken as a conquest to get for herself.

NB: Another advise i would like to drop here for the guys: Never in your life open your mouth to tell a girl you are dating that "YOU CAN NOT LIVE WITHOUT HER"...the day you say those words YOU ARE FINISHED!
