Most ladies are undergraduates who still fantasize about that young, successful, handsome millionaire as husband. While a few people are lucky getting them, an unfortunately larger number will have to start the marital odyssey with an upcoming, struggling guy whose financial fortunes may change for the better or not. Sadly, that is the reality of life. Everybody will not become millionaires.
A guy who earns 50k today can marry if as bad as Nigeria's economy is. They will still survive if they know how to manage. Reality is how many people in Nigeria earn 50k?

for starters the money aint that poor or that great either, cept the couple decides to start punching above their weight, or the man uses half of his monthly salary to play pool or nairabet.

They have started again! Realistically, no! On Nairaland, yes grin

To all those saying people marry for money...I laugh! 50k is definitely not enough to fend for a single guy, what the fooork was he thinking about marriage for?

He should just take a chill pill until 1/12th of his annual salary can pay his yearly rent!

For me I think everything boils down to class.

A man earning 50k shouldn't be looking out for ladies whom their parent are millionaires or stinkingly rich.

It is wise to relate with people in your class as that will give you more chances of finding a suitable and understanding partner.

Even with lower income there are women that aretwilling to adapt to your condition. But men in this category need to possess other qualities to be attractive so as to make amends for financial weakness.

have something nice i want to tell you

I will buy a brand new used brain for you

Why won't you marry a guy who earns 50k per month ??

Why can't you get off your lazy ass and go get a high paying job and help your husband and stop looking for Dangote to come marry you

Gold digging Hoes

So, men who earns 50k per month doesn't deserve a wife because they're poor ?? God, please destroy this world make everybody go rest

Just look at useless females who doesn't earn 60k in a month airing their opinion on who to marry

If you are a female and earn 80k per month, you don't have the right or opinion on a hard working man who earns 50k per month, why don't you work hard and support your husband ??

My father was earning 5k per month when he married my mother and 40 years later they're still married and my old man is now a millionaire

This is the only reason why i will never get Married, i will just go find a girl, get her pregnant she gives me 4 kids and we live together for ever, i don't want rubbish from Foolish girls

The only people i blame are men, they fall mumu to women, that's why these females who have nothing and are broke have expectations on the type of guys they wanna marry

*Spits

*Spits again on money hungry hoes who only wants a guy for his money

Lol, i agree bro

1M will not be enough if the basis of marriage is not put right only few ppl can understand me when I say I earn only 20k monthly as at today but u know what with that am married with 4kids, paying school fees of about 250k per term, a landlord with 3bedroom standard flat. D question is how come? Ans am not lazy I help buy cars and sell, I am a music instructor and and involve in transportation. Not all about how much u earn but how active u are.
