But sadly, I am not in Naija, else I wouldnt mind doing my best to verify this myself. That's why I suggested a friend who stays in Uyo. But I dont think she has a NL account.

TeHN can’t be directly involved with medical cases regardless of it being limited. However, as we’ve previously advised with this sort of situation, it’s probably best you engage the moderator of the Health section to help coordinate the verification process

TEHN explained to me that they can make a one-off donation. However, there are 2 conditions that needs to be met. One of which is to have a verifiable Nairalander verify this.

Now that's the point Jaybee advised me to reach out to the moderator of the Health section to see how this can be possible.

Please do you know any verifiable Nairalander (preferably in Uyo) that can verify this, before TEHN proceeds to the next stage?

I'm afraid I don't know of any regular nairalander based in Uyo. What I will suggest is that you do a fresh thread and reference it to the one that made frontpage. Don't forget to mention how much has been raised so far and also carry us along as donations come in. I'll send you a pm later.
