before now it's delta above akwa ibom, last 10 years ago, it's cross river before akwa ibom.

Akwa ibom state is changing fast, but they lack good housing and new towns.

I am from Delta and I will tell you that Akwa Ibom is far better in every indices than any other state in the Niger Delta. Ikot-Ekpene is a beautiful town, so also Eket. In between they have very beautiful and serene towns and villages. Akwa Ibom struck a balance between modernity and nature.

I don't know if your problem is due to lack of qualitative education or ignorance borne out of mischief. Regardless, it may interest you to know the entire Delta North areas is 100% Igboland, most of upland Rivers State is Igboland, then a small section of Cross River, Akwa Ibom and Edo state (Igbanke) are all Igboland.

So, the earlier you plan your Babel of a country without these areas in it, the better for all of us.

How do you measure development? Is it when you have densely packed ghettos like that slum Lagos?

Akwa Ibom any day for me. The place is serene, clean and developing at a slow and steady pace. And FYI, land in Uyo axis is at least 7 million and can go for as much as 50million.

Uyo and Akwa Ibom is the best. I am not from there but the truth be told.
