4. What can I do to heal fast?
High protein and fruits or vit C.
If scar not good, antibiotics.
5. Heard peppersoup will help clear my system of clotted blood after d surgery ..is it safe for me?

thanks, I have heat rashes all over my body and they will still expect me to bath, drink and eat hot food for this weather.

Bodies and mamas differ,if they insist after the hot water bath,pour cool water on your body.
Use three in one cream or calamine lotion for the rashes, take care.

Please mamas in the house, I'm so scared. I realized I was pregnant last week after a urine test but yesterday at work after using the restroom I wiped and saw bright red blood on d tissue, this freaked me out and I had to rush down to d hospital. On getting to the hospital a more formal test was carried out which confirmed my pregnancy and I was given some drugs and told to rest.
Although since I returned from d hospital even before taking the drug I haven't seen any more blood just tiny spots and dark mucus like discharge which had stopped altogether, nevertheless I'm still very much scared. When I requested for a scan I was told it's still early and nothing will be seen.
Please who can shed more light on this.
Note: I didn't bother taking d drug since there was no more blood.

Please trust your doctor and take your drugs.
Do rest well and think less, thinking worsens the situation.

Please ooo how do you get your kids to bath without fighting biko . I can't get this girl to take her bath without us fighting, morning or night. She will shout,cry,twist her body,run away at any given chance. It's not even about the water because no matter the water is,madam will still act film. Please someone teach me how to make her like bathing because the morning and night film ehn is very tiring

Mamas pls what can I use for my baby"s skin, he has an extremely dry skin(from his father o). I have to apply ori always on his face so his face his not as dry as other parts of his body that is somehow scaly sef. My mum said the ori I use as his body cream doesn't contain enough oil that's why his body still looks dry after applying. I was thinking twas the weather.
Also he doesn't like lying down again, he's always struggling/crying to sit up & look around for what I don't know and he'd be 3months by next week. At what month can I start sitting him up?

Beautiful mamas please come to my rescue o this is my adorable son back and butt, he's just 3 months old. Initially I was using Johnson lotion and I started seeing some rashes on his face so I stopped and prepared coconut oil myself and that's what have been using on his skin since last month. This thing has refused to go, I have used mupiderm, agenesia powder and bath him with black soap but this thing is just stubborn. It is also on the back of his head. The back you are seeing is opposite of his front because his face and tummy is spotless. Beautiful mamas please what can I use o . God bless you for reading

Good afternoon mamas. My two months old baby poop like ten times yesterday and it's green ish-mucus like with little seeds like egusi. She's eating well(exclusive) and not tired, very active and playful but the frequency is alarming. The colour wasn't like that before, It was yellowish with little seeds like egusi. She has done twice this morning. A friend recommended baby flaggyl, zinc and ors. Please any help. Ftm.

Please how were you able to take care of your older baby as he is still small?

Did you continue breastfeeding him?

I gradually stopped breastfeeding by the eighth and fully by ninth,cos I was telling myself I was in a dream, until my doctor reset my brain.
My daughter was co operative and eventually started schooling by January, I had helps from hubby, colleagues, neighbours and I bore my Cross.
She could be fed by any so,just provide her selective meals readily and we are good to go.
Most days we spend on bed together,playing,browsing, sleeping and eating.
I bike even the shortest distance,if I'm with her.
I waited for five years to have her,so till now I pet her.

Yes o. After staying at hospital for 10weeks, I doubt the qualification of some. I know more than some of them.
One nurse nearly put herself in trouble when I was admitted for threatened abortion and told to do scan. The result said DOUGLAS IS FREE and the nurse brought theatre gown that my enemy should prepare for DnC as my enemy's baby would still be miscarried. I told her the scan also said the pregnancy is viable.
I was there praying against evil report, reminding God of His promise when the doctor arrived and apologized that when he was called on phone, he thought the free was fill

It's well,I guess it was a private establishment.
Thanks to God, the impression was corrected early enough.

BS:
I conceived my boy on my first menses (five months)post partum,un intentional,after a previous cs,so was scared of uterine rupture and all other medical jargons,under constant monitoring of my doctor (God bless him), plenty bed rests because Of irritable uterus,in all the baby measured healthy.
Second trimester was the best and immediately I entered third trimester,baby moved down, movement na war, contractions came back and I had to cut down on going out strictly,no markets or tasking functions,even my doctor restricted my antenatal visits to enable me sleep Wella, though I wasn't sleeping much,it was basically lying down and carrying my legs up , inclined to reduce cervix dilating and allow baby fully bake.
When we got to 36weeks,my doctor and I fixed a tentative date with open minds on being ready anytime for any emergency that may erupt.
Oluwa kept me till the 22nd, and to his glory my baby and I came out of the journey intact.
I give the almighty God,who turned man's wisdom into foolishness,all the praise.
May our babies be blessings in our families and make it easier for all waddling mamas.

Sabi Mama’s please I need your counsel,
My EDD IS 26th of March as I am currently 36 weeks, I went for scan yesterday and baby is measuring 1.8Kg and 1week 4days behind gestational age.

Should I be worried @ this point and what can I do to improve baby’s weight. My appetite is not that great but I have been forcing myself to eat.

My baby weight improved in two weeks,get pregncare and an iron cap and take judiciously daily,good luck.

I complained of having boil here. This boil has really dealt with me especially for d fact that it's in my vj.
My problem now is my nurse that has been treating me from d start gave me ibuprofen to ease d pain. I already took a dose this evening before i decided to check what google has to say about it. I am 33wks gone n so afraid right now though a nurse administered it.

Pls mothers from experience has anyone had any cause to take ibuprofen in ur last trimester? If yes, i hope it didn't harm ur baby?

Mamas I went for antenatal today and they discovered protein in my urine and my BP was normal. ..some mamas must have experienced it. .please what did you do?

It depends on the week of pregnancy,
Do increase water intake and go back for antenatal next week,even if you are not booked,to get ready tested, hopefully it's nothing serious.

If the corn pap is okay for the baby, perhaps you continue with just corn and gradually re introduce the brown pap knowing fully well it's contents.

Having Back waist pain especiallyespecially when i am lying down.
Does it matter or have any negative effect if hubby massages my back waist?
Hubby, said we confirm First biko, not the one he wouldwould press now, make e no go affect Baby
