I'm travelling with my sedan (V6) too.. the journey shouldn't be more than 7 hours (bar police checkpoint delays).

Lagos to Benin is 4 hours or less.. Benin to Onitsha is around less than 2 hours.. Onitsha to Owerri is 30 mins.

please add extra hours at the headbridge because your calculation will fail u. I ply that road every 2 weeks the traffic at that head bridge on regular days is something else not to talk of festive period..some days we re lucky to meet it free but just be prepared.

First three months was tough. Was hospitalized thrice. Constantly going to the hospital. Had to move in with my eldest sister. The vomiting was intense. It made me dehydrated and I had to be constantly admitted to be given drips.

But after I cross the first trimester, I was fine. No swollen feet, no big nose, I slept well, ate well, no saliva, better appetite. My tummy doesn't get so big, just compact and cute .

Great guy, great mind. This is sad but this interview will change me for life. Contractors could destroy anyone. A little project I did two months ago thought me this. If you don’t sit down with them in your site and have your eyes wide open , exchange blows with them , they will bury you. They would buy inferior materials, inflate the price, steal the materials and use the remaining materials poorly. To the extent that even the guy I trusted to keep an eye on them , ended up teaming up with them to mess me up. Especially here in Lagos. Wicked builders everywhere . very wicked and heartless set of people. Best is buying materials yourself, I had to sacrifice time for that yet I think that's what triggered their wickedness, I caught the engineer stealing materials that was when I showed him the madness in me, turns out the security was in on it too. I arrested n changed them immediately.

See ehn, stay away from starchy food and so a lot of vegetables. Make soup with ugu leaves and just lick only the soup while you are looking out for medications. Food like rice, bread, eba and yam only worsen it. If. You are going to eat any, take it with much of vegetable soup and drink lots of water.

ugu purges some persons,he has to avoid anything that will make him purge. Best is scent leaf.

if u decide to go for the surgery, I wish u the best but know that it's doesn't solve the problem 100%. Been there before.its not easy but if u can patiently watch ur diet for few days or week u will b amazed.native Is best for it.

Before any thing, try watch your diet, figure out what triggers it, could be late night food, sugary food n snack, much carbohydrates, peppery and spicy dishes..food/fruits rich in fiber helps a lot,cut down on carbohydrates, stop sodas, stop any thing that willl make u purge, or pass hard stool, don't force your stool and don't sit too long on a toilet sit..make water melon your friend..get scentleaf, add little bitterleaf, ask any Igbo person around for a leaf called(mpurukpa) I don't know the English name wash and drink the water morning and night. If u don't get the bitterleaf and mpurukpa leaf, scentleaf works just fine wash and drink the water, add scentleaf to our stew and soup,u can portion ur rice, and limit swallow to just wheat for now. At night before u sleep get scentleaf squeeze it and apply and insert in your anus, it hurts but bear it and watch it for few days plus watch what u eat,drink a lot of water. U will be fine.

I heard ehuru has a place in certain types of jollof. The type cooked with turkey/goat meat more specifically. Not bad to talk of palm-oil/concoction jellof.

maybe u are mistaking the seed nut meg with ehuru(African nutmeg)... The seed nutmeg is used in baking and it also gives the jollof rice a nice taste and aroma while ehuru is used for native rice and other traditional dishes. U can get the the seed nutmeg at baking shops or those who sell spices #100 or little bit more.u just need to grate in little to get your desired taste.
