Or if he's not, you can guide him to learn a skill where he can work with school and he begins to build from 30k monthly up...

God saved my brother from bad people thiis week, he went to cafe to check his Portal nd got can malt he opened nd sip little nd left the rest he came back nd drank the rest not knowwing there was hard drug inside the malt, it was God that revived him til now we are still on it..

It's pile, reduce carbohydrates, sugary, any food that will make u purge,stop forcing ur stool.. eat more fruits and vegetables.. eat more scent leaf,if u can,wash and squeeze the scentleaf juice n drink.Get fresh scentleaf and bitterleaf squeeze and apply at night,it hurts but bear it till it goes in on its own. There's a third leaf but I don't know the English name but this 2 leaves work perfectly expecially the scent leaf.

Don't repeat shaving stick, after shaving wash and apply original Shea butter or snake fat. Smoothens the area. If I decide to use shaving cream after cleaning apply Shea butter.

My wife will reject all well prepared food and enjoy drinking garri with cold water. She will purposely load water inside freezer to turn them into ice block, break the ice and enjoy chewing them like candy. One day she craved for goat meat peppersoup, I prepared it and served her, only for her to drink the hot water and abandoned the meat. The journey is not easy @4children

lol the only way I could drink water is If it's block plus I could stay a day without eating just give me block and I am good, I use to like garden egg but the sight of it irritated me so much that the hatred extended to whoever sales it, I use to be a perfume lover but first trimester made me hate anything with fragrance, the only problem I had with my husband through out was telling him to wear his perf or deodorant outside the house, and change the shirt to a new one when coming in, I had to always put on nose mask to avoid perceiving perfs and any kind of smell.

I am not using much. Just Ushosha/osakrisa, ehuru and scentleaf.

I was told to avoid Uda and scent leaf too not sure of the others, so I just avoided peppersoup because I like my pepper soup with the complete spices and enoughscentleAf and utazi. Chaii painful tho I had to control the urge, it's just 9 months and I will resume flexing my peppersoup the way I want it.

Cheaper? I doubt that ooo. One can buy a decent loaf of bread with 400naira but I doubt you can bake one with same amount. Putting into consideration flour,butter/margarine etc maybe 1000naira would be sufficient

with this size of bread, there will be left over ingredients that can b reused for another bread.

The other day I was returning from work and I bought a #200 worth of this juicy bitter kola.
I was methodically chewing it one after another; peeling one while crushing one in my mouth.
In the bus I offered one fine girl besides my. You need to see the way she shrugged it off, as if to say 'that bitter thing? God forbid!'
She was just looking at me one kind as I crushed six seeds out of the eight before highlighting. This generation of fast food doesn't know that health is actually cheap in our neglected African herbs and spices.

P.S To get rid of the bitter taste after chewing bitter kola put some table salt in your mouth for a few minutes and spit it out. Then rinse your mouth with water. If you didn't do this food might be tasteless for sometime but will be ok after a meal or two.

Modified: for those quoting me for eating up to six bitter kola at a go, I eat up to ten when I feel like (and when I get work )

Some red oil are not real oil its plenty in the market but it is hard to know sha

it's actually easy to identify,if u ain't allowed to taste it, with the smell you can identify, only few can know with the color..I get oil from my village or I buy okomu.

u will be fine, happened to me few weeks ago, after treating malaria,lost my sense of smell and taste for almost 2 weeks,it was terrible but i am fine now.
