I sent them a mail and they said it's an annual fee charged every January or when an account is newly opened. I was charged mid 2014 and again about 2 days ago. But people are not smiling o, now that everywhere is red...

Corruption is in the people not really in the system, becasue the people form the system.
Prior to now, no MDA can open any official account without the authority of their supervising ministry and they are open to auditing on a regular basis. Hence, if sharp practices are being perpetrated, it simply means the staff, managements and auditors alike are the corrupt elements who need to be dealt with. If not, they will still find a way to play the new platform.

In this game, you only make a loss when you ('panic') sell. If you are patient enough you won't sell at a loss, not that your portfolio will not go red, but in the long run you'll bail out with a profit. Don't misconstrue what Dumexy said.

Did you see the post just before yours? He got the offer without stress. They collected only one copy because the CVs were computer printed (originals, so to speak) and making copies of the accepted one will still give them a high quality document.
You need to change your orientation that your step mother is following you from the village!

The building in the background of the second picture was my lodge during Youth Service. This Institution (structure-wise and otherwise) is not fit for a Secondary School! It is really a shame that the Government has neglected the school for so long.

Today is 17 of Nov the year is almost ending we have not written our final exams (HND2 & ND2) our mates in other states has since graduated,Diploma program of 18months we are running into 3years.

The affected schools are:
College of education, igueben. College of education, ekiadolor. Institute of technology and management, Usen.
College of agriculture, Iguoriakhi.
