On bond issue, seems it is now order of d day with bank who offer graduate employee with good salary.
If u av no intention of leaving the bank in d next two years u av no problem better save up money in case u get far better offer as we will only be made to pay balance on d bond on remaining months.
the good news is dat it is not enforceable in the law/industrial court.

I had the interview yesterday and they said latest resumption date would be 2 weeks time; I was even telling them that I'll like to resume around that kind 1st-2nd week in December, but they said it would be late by then... So I guess I'll stay with UBN (@ least with the info I still have @ hand now except I have a different insight)...

Thanks for your contribution. Your friend must have been employed as a DSA (contract staff) @ FCMB. I am entering as a graduate trainee in their internal control dept. So my pay is under no condition near N25k.

I will advice u to stick with union as far as the pay is ok for u, bet me u av job security but might work till night and weekend sometimes (dis depend on locatn).
FCMB dont know much abt dem but job security is not 100% guarantee.
a bird in hands is better than hundred in the bush.

I know Union bank has more job security, but I'm just considering the bond of a thing... If FCMB pays more without bond, then it would be more suited to my career plan...

The pay for Union is ok, but I don't know what FCMB pays (those who know should share please)...

The interview is in two stages. They'll ask about you, what you're doing presently, why you want to work in bank/ the unit... Etc. The interviewer are quite friendly, so relax and be confident.
Between do you know their pay for entry level?

Yes you can; but, it's advisable that you apply in time (early) to avoid disappointment and undue stress that come during rush hours.
