In most schools, you forfeit all or part of your tuition fee deposit if you do not enrol for the session, except you are evidently refused entry clearance. So, you make your decision from this info.

I did IPMP's project management course during service year... And the message was actually sent by IPMP.
My research on the coy (google-type New Nation, asokoro, abuja) reveals that they are the initiator of Women in Oil or so, they claim to have offices in all 36 states (having started in a 1-room office in Rumuo..., PH) , they 'PAY? a performance-based salary of 170k/ month'. I'm not likely to go though, but if you have the means you may try it.
