You have been given the best solution to your friend’s issue and the best is to come clean by either stating the selection was an oversight (if that’s the case) or point out the administrative error by MPNP. What does she need a contact at the NPC for? Doing anything further to jeopardize her case won’t look good on her future applications with IRCC. Since the supposed relative is her SIL as claimed, let her back it up with documents showing relations with her husband. She can also add pictures of them together to back up her claims.

So I studied Human Anatomy however I have been working as a customer service representative in a financial institution for almost 4 years. I initially started with attending to customers at the branch but at the moment I am currently at the contact Centre section of the department though I do supervisory roles, I still attend to customers on all communication channels. Which of the following post graduate diploma courses would be advisable for me to enroll in that would show career progression.

Biometrics was in June and till now we haven't gotten any response from IRCC regarding my application. Any reason why you have not started the spousal sponsorship application? It’s best your husband starts the application now as that route itself has 1 year as its standard processing time and sometimes it may be more. Put plans in place then you can think of other options.

Hi all. A friend of mine got LAA in June and she's post AOR ( Nov 2021) . We got talking this morning and she mentioned how she didn't include her past visa refusals in her application. ���


The question now is that , can she still include it and write LOE. ( her reason for not including it is that she wasn't given any refusal letter ) .

She had better act fast by raising a webform and backing it up with a LOE else rejection would be what she would be dealing with. The reason she gave is not an excuse to not indicate that she has been refused visa in the countries she applied to. Graciouswords please help out here.

TBH, that isn't even a solution. Who says the husband can't send an email to the bank to report the card as a stolen or missing card? And in seconds it would be blocked. He can even do that from his bank mobile App without sending an email or visiting the bank if he uses a GTB account. You do not need to withdraw an expired profile before you create a new one. Just create a new profile.
