Sweetguy25: Igbos and Yorubas have become too integrated to be separated. The number of Igbo/Yoruba marriages is actually getting higher than the number of Igbo/Igbo marriages. I wonder what will happen when Yoruba youths make an "arewa declaration". Afonjas cannot keep their eyes off Igbo women. I hardly see Igbo man/Yoruba woman marriages. Igbo men don't really fancy Afonja women. |

You don't have a problem hurling all kinds of invectives on Prophet Nnamdi Kanu but you feel offended because he rightly called out the paedophile rapist prophet of violence. |

slivertongue: i av said its paradigm shift using the power sector to make my point but one character said my take is unconstitutional by the way his kinsmen started the debate and like others they have elucidate enough points but all these reverse positions are just to distract the people That point of view remains. The Nigerian constitution doesn't provide for restructuring or whatever other name you might choose to call it. By the way, Nigeria is a criminal enterprise that must be dismantled if the present component units must make progress. |

freshest4live: The influential igbos in Jonathan's era what did they do? How have they lifted the igbos from their so called marginalization? How many outstanding Governors have you had? Convince me that Biafra and secession is the best solution and l would do my best to support this cause and convince others in my little way. Kanu and the latest Nollywood theatrics from him makes your movement look rather too emotional and unserious, apply emotion to get the attention of the so called zoo, then finish it off with logic and debate not Nollywood shows. I hope you don't commit suicide because of Biafra matter. Leave Biafrans alone and get on with your life. Miserable unity beggar! |

jmoore: You want referendum, but you don't want to participate in elections? Who then would speak on your behalf in the National assembly if you don't vote them in? Are you waiting for Trump or Putin to organize the referendum?
Political ignorance is the path Nnamdi Kanu is treading.
If Nigeria is a failed state, then all states in the southeast are included in the failure. It is Igbos that are governors of all south eastern states. Have they transformed their various states to Dubai? Stop singing that overused song. We're tired of listening to it. The Nigerian system is structured in a way that makes it practically impossible for my people to get anything from the National Assembly because they don't have the numbers to influence anything. The incident of the South-East Development Commission Bill is a prime example. Nigeria is a wicked and criminal arrangement and MUST be dismantled. |

Guestlander: The hateful rhetorics in Rwanda did not translate into immediate violence when it started. It didn't translate into immediate violence in former Yugoslavia. All that was needed was a spark when the whole country had been sufficiently doused with gasoline. Kanu was clearly reading from the same script. As it is now, everywhere is totally doused with gasoline as you would put it. I sincerely hope we don't go the way of Yogoslavia or Rwanda. Just a little spark and nobody will be able to control the raging inferno. Nigerians should stop threatening war on Biafrans. All we want is a peaceful separation. We're tired and we're fed up! |

slivertongue: Restructuring is paradigm shift. Doing things more progressively. eg do away with national grid, structure power to regions of three or four states sell d excess to nearby states or region then mark out states or regions without established means of generating power and develop the best means to generate for them. desert state can develop theirs based on solar and wind.
agric is our comparative advantage so we can agree or design a policy which will provide funds for mechanized farming, modern silos etc with government buying over the surplus and sell it. At the same time industries for the processing of this raw materials sud be estalished. etc Nigeria is not lacking in willing and responsible enterprenures. There is no need for dogon turanci and setting up committees. The Nigerian law as it is, is good enough to midwife change even if it is a little if we keep faith with all its provisions but we observe the law in breach. lastly Nigeria's is problem is not really with the constitution even though it contributes alittle to dilemma but the operators are the problem The Nigerian constitution doesn't provide for what you're talking about. How difficult is it for you to understand? |
