Good game plan.
Both candidates having Muslims as deputy, will go a long way in getting more support.
Pray the election should be peaceful, free and fair, while the people's vote should count.
Wish both Obaseki and Iyamu, best of luck.

Nice observation... The current Dep Governor is not a Muslim though.
Business / 5 Secrets Every Entrepreneur Must Know To Increase Sales by princekins(m): 3:26pm On Jun 26, 2020
With the current trend, consumers get faced with lots of choices, and making a buying decision gets pretty difficult. As an entrepreneur/ would-be entrepreneur, you must think of ways to make a difference. Whatever differentiates you from the competition is what will give you that sale.
Here are the top 5 things you must know and implement in your business to increase revenue:
1. Take advantage of the trend and have an online presence: You must have an online presence and create an e-commerce platform, in which people can Trust and connect with YOU, YOUR PRODUCT/SERVICE and YOUR COMPANY.

2. Have a Unique Selling Proposition (USP): This is a having a product/services that meets a particular need. Your USP is why people should buy from you, rather than your competitor, including not buying at all. You must be able to explain your USP in subtle terms to make your customers buy from you. In thinking about and conveying your USP avoid words like:

 We are the best (Who ranked you the best, how are you the best?)
 We care about you (hmmm…how do I know, you just want to make a sale)
 We are very cheap (sounds like low quality to me…unless you are like big brands like Walmart don’t use the price factor, it’s too cliché).
 Satisfaction Guaranteed (How do I know that?)

Examples of Good USP include:
 When it ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY has to be there OVERNIGHT- FedEx, 1978. ( They are not just sending packages, they are sending it with SPEED-this is their USP.
15 minutes could save you 15% or more of your car insurance- GEICO Insurance. (Their USP is saving you money in less time).
 One for One
. Each plate of food you buy= a plate of food for a child in need-Princekins. (Selling charity).

3. Find a way to amplify your customers’ pain. People buy basically for 2reasons to move reduce Pain or to increase Pleasure. In selling, Pain is greater than Pleasure, so always find a way to let your customers know how your product/service will reduce that pain or increase that pleasure. How do you know their pain? By asking the right questions, qualifying them if they are the perfect fit for your product or services. One of the ways to amplify their pain or pleasure is to talk about the consequences of not buying or taking action immediately.

4. Create urgency and scarcity around your business: We tend to act faster when we notice something is limited or about to finish. Use words that create urgency and scarcity in your sales letter or during communication with your target customers. Examples are:

 Only 3 stocks left, it’ll be 3months till our next shipment
 Want it tomorrow? Order now within 30mins and choose ‘Express’ at check-out.
 Our slots is open for 50 persons only, hurry and subscribe(buy etc)
 Free shipping for the first 20 persons.

5. Give Unique Guarantees and Offers: This is important if you are just starting your business as it makes your customers much more comfortable to make a sale. Examples:
 30 day money back guarantee
 If you don’t like what you see, return it for a full refund in 7days
Offers can be a free e-book, 30mins consultation, tips etc to your target audience or customers. This is the foot in the door approach to build trust before you introduce your main product or services.
As you get known in the market place, reduce your offers and guarantees.

FINAL NOTES AND SUMMARY
 Your business should add value to your target niche
 Get a USP, and fulfill it at ALL TIMES. Your business should be known by your USP
 People buy emotionally, and justifies their decision logically.
 Tonality and Body Language is important to make physical or phone call sales, while a good sales letter will move the clients to buy online or on print. Hire professionals to help you out.
 Money is the reward for value created.
 Making money is different, BE DIFFERENT.
 Knowledge is not power, Applied knowledge is power, try and finds ways to implement what you have learnt in your business today.

Hello guys.

Goodafternoon
A little information for those of us at the AVO awaiting PPR.

So I made a call to d minister of immigration Canada’s office and the Secetary picked. She told me that she have been getting calls from Nigeria on this issue that we should send our complaints through mail directly to the minister of immigration. That once he gets the mail he will definitely respond to our issue.

This is nice. I would like to make a few suggestions that might give weight to the letter to the minister. You guys in AVO should come together, for example using the AVO WhatsApp group, and draft a powerful worded and emotional letter that everyone will co-sign(atleast 50persons). Sending letters individually will not only fill his inbox, he wont read them and the words might not be in unison. Doing a task as ONE has always yielded a better result.

How Can Everyone Co-Sign? Its not difficult, just make the letter an editable ePDF, everybody in the group downloads it put his/her initials and resend to d group.

Sorry for the refusal Bro, PPR may tarry, but it will indubitably end in praise.

Do you reside outside of Nigeria? If you do, I think that may be the reason for the 'temporary refusal'. Most persons have used Stanbic MFs and had PPR successfully. I would suggest what other gurus have advised u do, which is to liquidate ur MFs and send a fresh update on such.

Then for those outside the shores of Nigeria planning to use MF, add a clause to the letter: Funds can be liquidated at will by the owner online, wherever he is located and it will be credited to his account xxxxx. This gives clarity and removes any smack of duplicity or ambiguity.

Godspeed Brother!

P.S: MF is still a good POF storehouse anytime, anyday

gretop:
My primary office is: Montreal Immigration while my secondary office is: Centralized Intake Office. The letter was updated on my profile on the website. It wasn’t sent to my mail directly.

In parallel, I have started the liquidation process. Can’t do more than N2.5m online so I have to do it over 3 days. It takes a max of two days for online redemption.

You can use any of the evaluating body...ur course is professional.

WES is faster, depends on ur sch sending the verification of ur transcript.

Thanks for the prompt responses.
@princekins I believe it is a mistake on the part of WAEC. The one and only date of birth I have is 16/12/1991. That's what is on my birth certificate, University transcript and my international passport.

@johnnybravo1990 I submitted my WAEC to Wes and it was sent by courier to Canada.

@funshobabs why not. I'm worried. Please our Daddies and mummies in this journey, help your Pickin oooo

Just do an affidavit....a 'NOTE' is a query or something they want to be given attention/notice to, which in this case they intend the IRCC officials to be aware of.

I just gave my one kobo opinion, not a guru here though.

It is indeed suspicious.

What is ur DOB on ur international passport? If it tallies with 1991 then go get an affidavit from a Court and attest that the DOB on WAEC was wrong.

Please I want to ask the gurus in the house some qstns:

1. In submitting POF do you tell them all the account you operate with various banks?
2. do you submit Passport of the person who gift you funds for POF
3. I have siblings who have traveled abroad in the last 10years, but I have not, how should I answer the Travel History question: Yes or No

Thank you in anticipation.

Do not bother about what is displayed on ur ICES dashboard when you log in. In my own case, my status has been on 'Incomplete' since March when I started the process till today, but I have received my ECA on the 21st. I was just mailing them anytime I needed some info and to ask about current status of my credential evaluation. Use: BCIT_ICESINFO@bcit.ca they will reply you in 48hours. Makesure you state your REF number and other personal details.

Nikyb:
.

Did ICES send you a confirmation on receipt of transcript from your school?

My transcript has been sent by email but my status has been showing submitted since the day I paid. No other notification

Please clarify

I salute the elders in the house solemnly.
Please I have a few question I need your expert help on

1. I plan to do upfront medical as I await my ECA, how cool is this?

2. If I get my POF from more than one person, can I merge it all and make it come from one person.

3. All my credentials have 3 names, but my passport bears 4( I added my native name) will this be an issue

4. Is it compulsory I notorize a gift deed?

Thank you in anticipation.

I think that's it....we have to wait. I just researched and found out.

Triplezero50:

I also need an answer to this. ECA is delaying and I wanted to know if I could enter the pool and probably get ECA report while waiting to submit application in the 60 day period. But I also saw that I have to fill ECA certificate number and exact date of ECA which I guess will be part of the report...before i submit my profile for the pool. Any help here pls?

Tolextonia:
Good morning Nairalanders,

Good news everyone!

I’ve been reading people’s testimony for long (over a year), without me having reason to testify. But God surprised me this morning with great news.

I applied for IELTS 23/05/2019 my result was;
LRWS- 8.5,7,7.5,6.5. So, I applied for EOR with rugged faith on 07/06/2019 (BC). Yesterday I received an email that EOR team in UK has processed your remark and I should come for collection. Imagine! Since yesterday I couldn’t sleep well, I kept on praying .

To cut the long story short, my speaking EOR was upgraded to “7”. My new result is now; LRWS- 8.5,7,7.5,7.

At last, I wrote IELTS 5 times. Entering the pool jejelli with crs point 453.

Everyone help me thank master Jesus.

Congrats Bro...may the rest process be smooth

I was about to to check my IELTS result and was feeling like using the toilet. Immediately I saw it, all the disturb vanished.

1st attempt was a success: 8/7/7/7.5 for LRWS respectively. I dey suspect that my reading o, but I will just leave it like that since CRS is @472

Thank you Lord for success.

For writing I will advise all those having difficulty, to answer task 2 first before task 1 since it carries more marks and d brain is a bit calm. Also, more important in this IELTS is learning synonyms. I will find time to compile list of common synonyms which one can easily use in writing later.

I think if ur school send it through the official mail it will be accepted. Just keep tabs with them, when they fax it, u should confirm from WES that they receive and acknowledge it.

Better still send WES a mail to confirm

Zeezii:
Please i want know if anyone here has sent their transcript as a soft copy via fax by the school to WES or must it be sent via courier?
UNN has 2 options. 1. soft copy via fax 2.hard copy via courier.

Has any one sent transcript soft copy to WES by their schools.
Please urgent response.

Your IELTS result is very good, once your ECA comes, enter the pool.

The CRS calculator is same with what u will get when you enter the pool.

Progress2468:
Good morning Team,

I want to know if I could enter the pool now? Considering that I just saw my IELTS score (LRSW - 8,7.5,7.5,7)

Meanwhile WES Just informed me my evaluation will be completed by 30th of April 2019.

I also want to know, do the score on the CRS calculator often tally with your CRS score when you eventually enter the Pool?
