Straight to the point,

I'm a chronic addict of alcohol and cigarettes. I use them heavily and that has caused me a lot of health issues. I'm struggling but couldn't quit.

I smoke and drink at the detriment of my health which has seen me access the hospital on many occasions than normal.

I've applied all techs thru people's testimony of how they quitted but none worked with me.


I swear every night that I've quitted but on first light the next day the craving increases.

Hello, i do not really know if you are ready to stop but let me share my experience with you on smoking and consuming alcohol for about 25 years of my life. i tried to stop that rubbish but i could not, i tried and tried and tried all to no avail. it got to one particular year, i decided to calculate how much i had spent buying cigarette and alcohol, i was shocked to have discovered that i had spent over N500,000. my health was deteriorating and yet i could not stop, i seek for help from friends and from every other avenue yet no solution. one day i wake up and i was gasping for breath, my heart was failing, i was having severe issues with my health and i knew for sure the origin of my health issues and yet i could not stop. That very morning i decided to seek Jesus Christ with all my heart and that was it, i am free from cigarette and alcohol addiction till date. i have seen people that died as a result of addiction to alcoholism and smoking and i have seen people tried to stop on their own but they could not, they died living in it. brother you can not stop this on your own, there is a demon attached to this. the same demon responsible for masturbation is responsible for smoking and alcoholism.

As at yesterday price has moved down about 33pips in GBPJPY from the point i entered the trade and in GBPNZD 1H price has gone down about 95pips from my point of entry. 95pips + 33 pips = 128pips. what do you say.

the best thing to do, is to close your position if you do not know what next to do. that is, if you are not sure which direction the trend will go to. personally, myself i do not trade a ranging market. i would step aside waiting for the direction the market will head to up or down. if you are not sure exit the trade, there are good trades to take daily.

Hello folks, as a beginner look for this indicator "Daily Movement" the indicator calculate the last 7 days price volatility of any currency pair and point to you the best days pips moves the most. Remember it is just prediction. Daily movement indicator has really being of a very good help to me because i now know the days to trade and the pairs to concentrate on. look for it yourself.
