Look at the current directors. All of them don't have shares. That doesn't look nice. They won't even mind lowering the dividends while increasing their emoluments. As it has no impact on them as they are not shareholders.

A good one from GTCO, surpassed some investors' expectation I think......
The moneybags that dragged the share price down in order to have their fill will eventually benefit both dividend and price appreciation........those guys can do and undo..........creating issues where there's none. Lol don't mind me.
