The heart muscles become stronger and as a result functions very efficiently, as it pumps blood with minimal effort. This will lead to an overall decrease in blood pressure and pulse rate. |
Most especially the Yorubas, they can eat meat for Africa. Meat is heaviest protein we humans take in. The body expends lot of energy in digesting meat. I rarely eat meat. But I can never miss my eggs and fish. |

Fried foods must be minimized, if it is possible they should be avoided totally. Minimize consumption of salt. They cause increase in blood volume and this will in turn cause further strain on the heart. Water should be your only drink. Then occasionally take red-wine. Protect your HEART jealously. No Pain No Gain. |

Like I said before, the heart is very important for effecient strength training. As it delivers blood rich in oxygen through veins to the muscles of the body. But the most important blood vessels that is very important for the heart are the arteries. So how do these arteries get blocked?? They get blocked over time. It is a gradual process. It might take decades or few years depending on how one indulges in consumption of unhealthy diets. - Junk Foods - Heavily fried foods - Sugary and carbonated drinks - Red meats ( goat,cow,sheep) - Pork - Alcohol - Salty foods. Those listed up there can clog the arteries of the heart. Once the arteries are clogged then the efficiency of the heart muscle is greatly reduced. During the BULKING PHASE of natural body builders, most of them over indulge in junk foods. As they are all about increasing their mass irrespective of what foods are consumed. This is when the arteries become gradually clogged up by fatty deposits which later form PLAQUES. To avoid these, CLEAN DIET is the only way. Clean diet is also known as HEALTHY diet. These diets are very heart friendly as they don't clog the arteries. They dilate(widen) the blood vessels and also contain healthy fats that sweeps off the unhealthy fats from getting deposited on the walls of the arteries. |
During strength training, the most important and yet delicate organ that comes to play is the HEART. Once the heart muscle are deprived of blood due to plaques in the walls of the arteries, then cardiac arrest, myocardial infarction etc comes to play. My discourse will be centered on Steroids and HGH(human growth hormone) free training. Because merely taking these alone makes one very susceptible to heart issues. So for an individual that is purely natural and does not have a genetic defect in his heart, why then should he come down with heart issues? The culprit is infact his DIET. |

This is someone that loves training and just 39 years old. I strongly suspected his diet. He loves BULKING UP. So this brings me to the question Is lifting weights really healthy?? Watch out for my own SUMMATION |
This morning, a rare occurrence took place in the gym I was training. My very good friend and partner almost lost his life. He slumped during training, after CPR ( cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and rushed to the hospital. Doctor's evaluation revealed a mini cardiac arrest, blood pressure was off the Chainz(190/130). |

You are very misinformed. I watched your video and I must say that it contains 80% misinformation. Now, let me educate you. The reason why most pro- bodybuilders have a rather "small" sized penis is due to their massive frame. They develop their muscles excluding that of their penis. So it appears they have a small sized penis relative to their large frame. An erect dick of 9 inches Will appear normal on a pro body-builder but can look quite monstrous on a guy with average body size. A pro body-builder can take anabolic steroids without harming his testicles( Steroid cycle). But will need close monitoring with his doctor. It is a long time abuse of steroids that causes testicular shrinkage and finally infertility. Nutritional supplements (whey and creatine powder) don't cause shrinkage of the penis |
Warlord2012:Yes, weight-training does not necessarily gurantee you a large body-mass. It all depends on what you want to achieve. The way a power-lifter will train will be quite different from the way a pro-body builder or a fitness model will train. If you are scared of large body-mass, u can still train for lean muscle-mass. |
Warlord2012:You can only achieve but little muscle-mass. You have to take it to the next level and start the Iron- pumping. Body,-weight exercises are mostly for maintenance of the muscles especially when you are far away from the gym or your equipments. Nice one all the same. |

Albertone:Well said @pansophist Let me throw more light on paragraph 3 and 4. One thing about muscle-building is that your face should become well-chiseled most especially when your body-fat level begins to drop. For me when I begin to add some body-fats, the first place I notice this is on my face. Your muscles will not disappear but it will shrink. Muscle building is a lifestyle, it is lifelong . Once you stop training and eating right then the muscles begin to depreciate. At least you must train 3 days in a week. You must keep on challenging the muscles. Our body can adapt very easily to external stimulus. For a person to break away from the plateau zone into the freak mode takes massive, scientific and deliberate approach. Happy GYMING |
