@GregJo, there are two types of meat(red and white). Red meats are found in goat,cow, ram,sheep,horse,ox,buffalo etc. While white meat are basically from poultry (chicken,turkey,guinea fowl etc). Over the years red-meat have been criticized by nutritionists for its high cholesterol content compared to the white meats. So if one decides to eliminate red meat totally from his diet, then fine. But very moderate consumption will not be a bad idea either. Variety is the spice of life. Red meat and white meat consumption ratio= 20: 80Chicken breast is the same as chicken chest and body builders love this part of a chicken cause it contains approximately 95% lean protein with no fats attached. Remember, new year resolutions are hardly ever followed to the LAST most especially when it comes to fitness and building muscles. Always take it one step at a time. Don't overchoke yourselves with so many fitness goals. It is the very little things we do daily that become very mighty in the long run. |

Do you mean to say "curvy" rather than "fat"?? Cos they are different, a fat woman can never be curvy with the hour Glass shape. Fat women don't look good naked but might be sometimes appealing when on clothes. But curvy women look appealing naked and in clothes. Well if fat ladies are your choice then you don't have problem. There are many gals willing to take up such position in your life. Just be patient. ![]() |

Most of them are on tramadol. If you can't cope with the physical rigours of "lagbuke", leave it. Or you can talk to the supervisor to give you less stressful jobs on the construction sites. On a lighter note, those works can build your muscles and physical strength. ![]() |

We are in a country with a wack healthcare system, so one must be concerned about preventive rather than curative approach in combating ailments. Some sicknesses in this country is as good as a death sentence. So adopting healthy lifestyles is very important. Most especially for all these chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes,stroke, cardiac arrest,cancer etc. Eat right Exercise Make clean table water your best liquid Sleep well Be happy. And so many illnesses will be far from you. |

XshegzzyeeiX:Hmm, in as much as you have a tight work schedule, you can still continue with your basic exercise routines. Don't be tempted to do so many things at the same time. By the time your body gets adapted to the exercise,then you go to the next level of strength training. Do you already have your free weights (barbells and dumbbells) or u intend registering in the gym?? Always try to create time to rest(sleep) no matter what. Yeah, you will consume more foods and that surely send a signal to look for other streams of income, So u don't expend all your salary on food ![]() You could still consume "affordable" protein foods like beans and eggs and not forgetting your carbs and fats |
The Hallmark of a pro body-builder is the Sandow. I strongly doubt if Mr Olympia will hold this year. Covid-19 really messed up lots of stuffs. |

I agree with your write up to a very little degree. Muscles beautify a man's body while fats beautify a woman's body. But the real deal is where the fats are being deposited. I love and prefer curvy women to slim ones. Cos the curvy ones look very feminine. When the fats are deposited around her hips and ass. But not on the belly. There is also scientific evidence to prove the health benefits associated with fats deposited on the hips region. That is the true figure eight. But in Nigeria here, they not only deposit fats in their hips,the head,lips,tongue the back,the arms and everywhere. Which makes them shapeless. And not to mention their diets and very sedentary lifestyles.No pain No gain |

Whenever a man has erectile dysfunction and it is not psychological but physiological. Then it points to one thing, an underlying cardiovascular issue. For as long as I have remembered, I have never woke up without an erection. To treat erectile dysfunction, your sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure level should be checked and certified okay.
