Loosing weight is a gradual process especially if it is done organically( without drugs).
Rather than loose weight, why not gain muscles and burn fats.

First, your diet is very important. Minimize consumption of junks. Focus more on whole foods, foods near their raw state, fruits, vegetables. Minimize salt consumption(lots of it cause water retention).

Lift weights. All those jugging and the likes are okay but the best exercises to burn fats fast is High intensity exercises.

or packing fats like a polar bear. It is a period when you have to be in the shape of your life.
As for me, I go into "detoxification mode". During my Detox mode, I go on fruits and vegetables alone for a whole week. I drink lots of water. And I eat very little quantity of lean meats during the latter phase of the detox and above all I pump those muscles.

I am back from the silence and ready to go all the way. How are we doing? I have been off the radar for quite awhile now, I do this every year. It has become a ritual for me. Self appraisal and evaluation are key things everybody should incorporate into his/her scheme of things.

Quite informative but you did not make mention of hardcore tips. Diet and strength training exercises. A diet that consists of protein, some carbs,fruits and vegetables coupled with pure water is always the way to go.

When you lift weights, all the right "weights" #muscles falls in place. Strength training exercises open up the belly and make one eat like a beast. Proteins and few carbs can do the trick.

You could not have said it any better. Breast milk is beneficial to men. The taste is wonderful and not forgetting its health benefits. I wonder why so many men don't like sucking breast milk. Don't you know we are "big" babies.

i need your advice i have been lifting for almost 7 months now, i started with 3days a week now 4days a week.

my workout regimen is a push and pull split and lift as heavy as i can

mon: weighted pushup with barbell plates 4*12/10
overhead dumbell tricep extension 4*12
tuesday: standing barbell curls 5*12/10
bent over row 4*10
Wednesday: rest

Thursday and Friday repeat
Saturday and Sunday rest

i used to take whey and creatine monohydrate the first 3-4 months i started stopped after

knew about progressive overload(adding plates to the bar) but didn't incorporate it after about 4.5 months after training

i have been making progressive overload but not physical gains aside what i had initially (quiet fit before i started lifting)

also have a little p-belly

its over 7months and i dont know the problem.

NB: i am 64kg
early twenties
around 5'7-9
no supplement
recently started intermittent fasting (2 weeks)
i dont spend more than 40mins- 1hr in the gym(home)
i am an ectomorph

First and foremost I appreciate ur tenacity. Being an ectomorph puts u at a disadvantage of making "huge" gains in so short a period of time. But there is always a way to bypass this. How is your diet like? I want you to incorporate compound exercises like squats and bench presses. Reduce your aerobics.

You are trying to get rid of sugar in your body...
Eba is a monosaccharide,when monosaccharides accumulate,they are broken down by the body into simple sugar which only enhances your case.

Do if you're the type that eats abacha in the morning,drinks garri in the afternoon and eats Eva in the evening...you're on a longthing.

Point of correction, eba is a polysaccharide as it contains starch, when eba is digested it becomes the simple sugar monosaccharide called glucose.
See not that eba is bad for diabetics, it is portion size as well as other nutrients taken alongside the eba that are the major ish. The eba to be consumed at any point in time should be about the size of your fist, with plenty of vegetables and proteins.

That is just the extent to which people can go to make money. Ever since i heard that fruit sellers use artificial ripening agents such as calcium carbide, i don't buy ripe fruits. I buy my bananas, plantains,mangoes etc unripe and i allow the fruits undergo the normal ripening process which could take as much as 2-4 weeks. But i know it is definitely worth it.

Nigeria is indeed a ZOO.
