Let our people build petrochemical refineries in delta(anioma) , Anambra, Abia and imo states. These will provide the raw materials needed in manufacturing/production.

Regardless, it may interest you to know the entire Delta North areas is 100% Igboland, most of upland Rivers State is Igboland, then a small section of Cross River, Akwa Ibom and Edo state (Igbanke) are all Igboland.
