Even a goat knows the north will vote sw a million times more than the SE.

As for athifku, the mere fact that SE prefer him is an automatic disqualification from northern vote.

You may choose to continue deceiving yourself.
You're not even seeing the bigger picture. You are too simplistic and obviously ignorant of how the Northerners play politics.

The contest is not going to be between Tinubu and an Igbo man in PDP.
The moment yorubas fall for the bait and APC gives the ticket to Tinubu, a northerner will then emerge in PDP and it will be deja Vu again just like in 2015.

Northerners both in APC and PDP will support the PDP candidate while only Yorubas will support Tinubu, then tell me how he will win.

Shut up, there was never any agreement and no one is about to betray anyone.

Every qualified Nigerian is free to join the party of his/her choice, pick a form and contest.

The North, SW and parts of SS will massively vote The Jagaban as the president Fed Rep of Nigeria.

Wailers, PDP and ipob pigs can go kill themselves. undecided
You obviously don't know anything about Nigeria politics and how manipulative the north can be. The north knows the SW even more than you know yourself. Just like Awolowo, they can never support any afonja who is desperate like Tinubu. Mark my words today, the drug Lord will never become president and he will die trying just like Awo and Abiola.

Now, let me school you on what is going to happen by 2023, northerners in APC will give Tinubu the ticket just to rubbish the South's turn. Then while some of them will decamp to PDP, others will remain in APC but all of them will ensure that the Northern candidate in PDP wins.

Ask yourself where Tinubu is going to get his votes from? SE and SS can't and won't vote for Tinubu for obvious reasons, then North will always vote for their own even if he is Lucifer, then only SW will vote for Tinubu.

You guys think you're smart but you all are obviously rookies who don't understand the game.

[s]PDP should give SouthEast there 2023 Presidential Ticket its being 20 years of servitude and loyalty to PDP.. however APC would give it to Yoruba since ACN a yoruba party is a founding member and CPC and ANPP had always gotten votes and support from Ogun and Osun states[/s]
Uche Nwosu is still a rookie when it comes to Igbo national politics, so his opinion is as ordinary as my own or that of any other Igbo man.

Yorubas are on a wild goose chase as far as 2023 is concerned. If APC fails to give the ticket to an Igbo man then the PDP should give their ticket to a northerner.

It is madness to contest for president after having ruled for 8 years and another 8 years as vice, all given to you on platter of gold, then you turn around to ask northerners not to contest.

The worst thing APC will do will be to give Tinubu or any afonja the ticket because that will mean an automatic return of not just the PDP to power, but also a continuation of northern president.

Igbos will gladly reject the PDP ticket if the SW refuses to heed common sense.
PoliticsJust Like In 2015, SW Is About To Betray The South Again In 2023 by proeast(op):
GEJ had some issues no doubt, but there was no denying the fact he was a true Democrat and meant well for the country. However, as 2015 elections approached, his worst critics were the SW. Now, if such criticisms were borne out of good intentions it would have been helpful, but what we saw was outright use of propaganda, lies, slander and all manner of smear campaign all targeted at the person of GEJ. While South East and South South fought hard to at least give GEJ some deserved support, Tinubu went into alliance with the North and together, they contrived to remove GEJ from office.

Today, the corruption allegations, insecurity, maladministration etc. This same Tinubu and his minions accused GEJ have become brazenly out of control yet the SW have kept silent, and even when Igbos complain about how the country is fast going downhill, the SW pretend that Nigeria is now perfect under Buhari even when the country has never had it worse. They are doing all these based on selfishness and greed to show Buhari and the Northerners that they are standing with them. Their believe is that the North will compensate them for being so loyal to them.

The SW through Tinubu, are now cunningly championing a return of power to the South as a mantra, with the hope that APC will give their ticket to Tinubu while PDP should give theirs to an Igboman. By so doing, they will now use the APC control of the center to manipulate things for Tinubu to win.

The SW have forgotten that he who must come to equity must come with clean hands. How can a region that have ruled for 8 years as president and another 8 years as Vice president have the guts to tell another not to contest while they can freely contest. Such thinking is not only selfish but also illogical. If the SW feels they can contest in 2023, then nothing stops the NW or any region at that from doing so.

Unfortunately for the SW, the Northerners are even far more cunning and self preserving than they can imagine. During the run-up to 2015, many northerners in PDP openly and privately campaigned for Buhari who was in APC. Now, they are definitely going to do so again once Tinubu emerges from APC by massively supporting any Northern candidate that comes from PDP.

Lastly, Igbos are not desperately seeking for the presidency because it is in the best interest of those that want Nigeria to remain as one that should be championing Igbo presidency same way everyone championed Yoruba presidency in 1999 as a way of pacifying them over the injustice that was metted to Abiola.

By insisting on contesting in 2023, the SW will only be paving the way for the ultimate emergence of a Northern president.

In sane climes, people like Peter Obi would be compelled and pressurized to contest for president and save the sinking project Nigeria from total collapse. However, this is Nigeria where many are only concerned about their own pocket and can do everything to continue pillaging its resources even if it comes at the detriment of the country.

You think an average Igbo man cares about your presidency? The reality is that many Igbos are no longer seeing Nigeria as their country, they have already checked out psycologically and now doing severe damage to the integrity of Nigeria. They no longer believe in project Nigeria with all its injustice and everyone can see how Igbos are seriously hitting at the fabrics holding Nigeria together and political analysts can tell you that Nigeria can't survive it if the status quo continues for long. Therefore, it is in your best interest to take the sail out of those who want to balkanize Nigeria by all means through ensuring that an Igbo man emerges president.

FYI, Igbos have nothing to lose whether an Igbo man emerges president or not, but those us seeking for the balkanization of Nigeria has everything to gain if an Igbo man is denied the presidency.

PoliticsRe: 2023:PDP And APC Must Zone Their Ticket To An Igbo SESS Or We Support The North by proeast(m): 8:59am On Jun 14, 2020
Of course, if for any reason APC gives their ticket to anyone who is not Igbo, then PDP should just give their ticket to a northerner.

Afonjas think they are smart by asking PDP to give their ticket to an Igbo man while they will take that of APC, now that's all shades of nonsense!

In 1999, the top military brass in the army while transitioning to democracy, ensured that both national parties then I.e. PDP and AD fielded Yoruba candidates just to ensure that a yoruba man wins which will pacify the SW for the illtreatment metted to Abiola. As a result, Olu False came out of AD while Obasanjo who was earlier released from prison for this purpose emerged from PDP against a more popular Alex Ekwueme.

The Yorubas know they don't stand any chance contesting against a northern candidate, so they are cunningly making it look like it's South's turn instead of Igbo turn.

They know that if APC gives the ticket to Tinubu while PDP gives its own ticket to an Igbo man, then it becomes very easy to rig the election in favour of Tinubu since APC still controls the center but if PDP gives the ticket to a northerner and APC gives their ticket to Tinubu, then Tinubu would stand no chance at all since the Northerners in APC will all decamp to PDP and sabotage APC just to ensure that presidency remains in the North.

So, in summary, it is either both parties use Igbo flag bearers or PDP gives the ticket to North. You can't rule for 8 years as president and another 8 years as vice within a space of two decades and out of excessive greed you still want to rule again!?

The Northerners are not stvpid, they will allow the Yorubas to betray and rubbish South's opportunity by allowing Tinubu to become APC candidate, then you will see how they will destroy APC from within while supporting the Northern candidate PDP presents.

PoliticsRe: Before You Blame Anyone For The Gunshots In Aso Rock, Read What Truly Happened by proeast(m): 8:19am On Jun 14, 2020
Gjrich:
[s]Before you start ascribing blames to any one over the gunshots in Aso Rock, you need to know what truly transpired in Aso Rock between the First Lady, First Family, Aso Rock Security, Chief Security Officer to the President and the President’s Personal Assistant, Yusuf on the 12th of June, 2020.

It all started when the Personal Assistant, Secretary and Cousin of President Buhari, Mr. Sabiu Yusuf returned from a journey from Lagos State to the Presidential Villa, Aso Rock. The problem started when two of the most powerful relations of the President started checking power, a power tussle. The Wife of the President, who holds the key to the President’s heart and partly his life and the deepest vein of the President, his cousin who is at the same time his Personal Assistant and even his Personal Secretary, created a scene at the Villa last night.

Returning back from the trip, the President’s Wife Aisha Buhari and three of the President’s children; Zahra, Halima and Yusuf together with some security personnel led by the Aide-de-Camp of Aisha Buhari, Mr. Usman Shuabu, kindly went to Mr. Sabiu Yusuf, who just arrived from an interstate journey, just to spend the weekend alongside some five girls from Daura, Kano and Abuja, was kindly asked to self quarantined himself in his residence inside the Villa so as to protect the lives of everyone; the President’s inclusive.

Aisha Buhari enjoins him to do this because she, Aisha Buhari believes that he, Yusuf may have unknowingly contracted the virus because she has Intel that Mr. Yusuf had met with some of the contacts of the late Former Group Managing Director of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Mr. Maikanti Baru, who recently died of COVID-19 complications. The President was in the villa and the First Family must do everything in their power to make sure his health is not compromised; also the Security Personnel’s top priority is to protect the First Family, majorly the President. Thus, they told Mr. Yusuf to go and self quarantine himself away from the Presidential Villa. Instead, Mr. Yusuf, who is absolutely, one of the richest youths and definitely the most powerful youth in Nigeria today, decided to wave away the instructions and forced his way into the Presidential Villa to see the President.

The First Family, especially the First Lady became so angered owing to the way Mr. Yusuf defied her order and primarily the NCDC’S which states that anyone who has traveled interstate, should compulsorily self quarantine. The First Lady then told some securities of the First Family, to forcefully, if need be, show Mr. Yusuf his way out of the Villa.

The scenario birthed a heated argument as the Personal Assistant to the President, Mr. Yusuf claims that his wife just delivered in Lagos and he had to go see her. Moreover, he claims he was not the only one who travels to Lagos, in defiance to the interstate lockdown order. Mr. Yusuf tells the first lady that, she knows that the new Chief of Staff, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari does travel to Lagos State, virtually every weekend. Yet, he was the only one that was victimized of the accusation.

Still, all force was applied on him and when he showed too much adamancy, the ADC of the First Lady, Usman Shuagba, in an attempt to apprehend Mr. Yusuf and throw him out of the Villa, allegedly fired a gunshot, which cause disarray in the Villa. As for Mr. Yusuf, he quickly finds his way of the Villa and immediately went to the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Adamu Muhammed to report the incident, which later led to the arrest of the ADC of the First Lady.

Currently, all the securities of the First Family who were involved in the gun violence had been nabbed by the Federal Police Force and they are in the Police Cell. They were all arrested based on a principle in their code of duty that no matter the provocation, firing the gunshots in the Presidency Constitutes a “Security breach”, which they are guilty of.
The wife of the President has taken to her twitter account to ask for the release of her securities.

In your own pool of opinions, based on the exclusive information that you have consumed on what truly transpired in the Aso Rock, between the Powerful Forces from different tents, the Tent of the First Family, which constitutes the wife, children and securities of the President and the Tent of the onerous Man, most powerful youth in Nigeria, who at the same time is a Cousin to the president, a Personal Assistant and a Personal Secretary of the President. Which tent do you think is at fault? The First Family’s Tent who applied force which later resulted to gun violence to protect the lives of the Residents of the Villa, including the President or the Personal Assistant and Secretary of the President, Mr. Yusuf who breaks a lockdown order on the basis that his wife allegedly gave birth in Lagos, which the First Lady seems to dispute as he was accused of spending the weekend with some girls from the aforementioned states and haven met the contacts of a Former Coronavirus Patient, refused to self quarantine himself when he got back?

Drop your comments below; let’s know who is at fault.[/s]
This trash here is the most disgusting rubbish I have ever read. Whoever wrote this should have his or her head reexamined.

The massive number of afonjas wandering all over the East in recent times is becoming a cause for concern. To me Hausa almajiris are better to have in any city than these lazy afonja that will roaming about selling liver damaging concoction or their men walking about with half empty bottles. At least the Hausa almajiris are hard working and are used as cheap labour in road construction, building construction, farming etc.

The only reason the afonjas haven't completely moved down to the East is because if they are finding it difficult to compete with Igbos in their region, is it in the East that they stand any chance, so they will prefer to be doing omonile and agbero in Lagos.

I think the East and West are ready and knows the likely shape their boundaries are going to take but the north is totally unprepared and has no idea what form their nation(s) are going to take.

SE governors should start regional cooperation especially in areas like infrastructure and security. That would make it easy to integrate more and make Biafra to hit the ground running once Nigeria finally breaks up.
