But forgive me for poking my nose into an hint of your story. Marrying your babe in traffic smells of high end 21st century pop culture. A type of culture that is not Nigerian and is not yet performable in Nigeria.
Though I don't know the setting of the story but we don't want another "flower girl" movie where our audience will start screaming, "Lai lai, this no fit happen for naija. This na forming oyinbo things".

Honestly, the FG has to do something bout the popcorn and soda situation in Nigerian cinemas. In Silverbird Abuja, popcorn is sold for 800 naira and soda sold for 300 naira, that's 1.1k already, transport will be no less than 2.5k cuz of things like cab and drop. The only good thing is that there's a discount for students and corpers.

A movie ticket costs 800 naira with ID card, so I plan to make use of that awoof for as long as I can ....bottom line, I will still spend 5k for the ultimate cinema experience...but omo, I can't fit. I'll just take chewing gum and facemask into the viewing hall, I chew my gum and use the facemask to ensure all the enticing popcorn aroma does not disturb my nostrils

Lucky for me, many people are stingy here, so they're not likely to buy that 800 naira diabetes pack called popcorn

H5N1 Avian flu virus is a stealth virus and airborne too. If you lost about 8 birds on day one like OP said, by day two all birds will show symptoms. And by day four all the 2000+ birds would be Dead!

I have unmarked the last post that got you the ban.
I noticed it contained some special characters like hash symbol, yuan currency symbol etc. These could have led to the ban because I think the spambot is engineered to be sensitive to such symbols or special characters. I really do not know since I didn't create it.

That particular post is an eye opener for someone interested in getting a DSLR camera.

Record taking I meant, just like calculating scores in a scrabble game, I believe the chess game also has her own way of getting and entering scores right?
Given each of this piece has their points just like the lecture teaches

rooks = 5 points
Queen= 9 points (she is equivalent to 9 pawns imagine )

How are these points derived and entered during play and recording? Or better yet, what's the essence of these points attributed to each piece?

There are 32 pieces, 16 for each player just like you said. But there are no extra pieces. Any of the 8 pawns can crown up and be promoted.
If the Queen has been captured, you can use a promoted pawn to get it back.
If it has not been captured when your pawn crowns, then you can get a second queen by using any other piece to represent a second Queen, including that same pawn itself.
There are no extra pieces used for promotions. We make do with the 16 pairs.

And as far as I know, it is theoretically impossible to get a pawn promoted without losing a piece in any sane game.


Also, I don't know much about recording points but I think it is mainly relevant in formal competitions. (blitz etc).
Basically, if you capture my pawn, you have 1 point. If I then capture your own pawn, I also have 1 point.
If you then capture my knight you have 3 points. If I don't capture any of your pieces till the game ends (time-up), then you get to win since you have accumulated 4 points and I have just 1 .

That is the little I know. joywendy may give a clearer explanation when she comes.
