Intetesting! ---- OP. I've read Walter Rodney's book and it is only a gullible mind that would be swayed by the content of that book. NOBODY underdeveloped anybody.! Why do we Africans always look for someone to blame for our predicaments. Why can we not take a cue from Dr. Nelson Mandela.
