Hypocrites with Bash Ned Nwoko and Reggina Daniels and will pretend as if they didn't see this.
An older man marrying a much younger wife is very much part of our culture as long as it is not forced and the lady is competent to decide for herself

Guinea that defeated Nigeria at the U17 AFCON had been banned for Fielding overaged players.
Anyone that watched the match will agree that the players looked very old.
This is a good step for football development in Africa.

In this Country no body cares about human life, all they are after is money,
It takes the grace of God for someone to go to a general hospital especially an emergency case and come out alive.
When the doctors on call are the student doctors that have no experience, while the consultant hardly come to see the patients instead the student doctors will be explaining the case to the consultant on phone....
The nurses don't even care, a case were a nurse forgot to give a diabetic patient insulin drug and instead of admitting her fault was blaming the patient for not reminding her cry
Still they will be among people blaming the police

You just just contradicted yourself, the consultant that have experience did he bring it from heaven? He had experience by treating some other patients too

Then there is no student doctor, Doctor is doctor, student is student.

Definitely the Health care system has alot of flaws, but is it doctors that will manufacture oxygen? We should hold our government responsible. The health care workers are highly stressed, in UK, there is a maximum amount of hours health workers are allowed to work because working beyond these number of hours makes them prone to errors

It can be a terrible thing, only those of us that suffers from it knows. It makes me dread travelling especially in AC fitted vehicles.
It can also help if you sit at the front, you will notice that when you drive you that have motion sickness. There is a medication, scopolamine, not buscopan o, that can also help. The problem is I have searched throughout my state for the medication, I hsve not found it.

That's a good development, but we all know maintaiance is our problem in Nigeria. In Lagos for example, there are several conveyor belts, but only one or two are working, one has to wait several hours for one's baggages.
Then we need more international airports,we don't all have to go to Abuja or Lagos or Enugun to fly.

Obafemi Awolowo University Medical school has once again shown why they are regarded as the best in Nigeria by claiming top spot at the online international quiz organized by the Kasturba Medical College, India. The quiz is a pre-competition quiz in preparation for the International quiz for Medical Undergraduates Coming up March this year.

Unfortunately there is a high probability that OAU will not be at the grand finale due to lack of funds and sponsorship

HeyCorleone:

It is this fear that I don't understand.

Are you a Christian because you love God or you fear him? Why bother yourself with practices that are not your business. Even Jews no longer do some of them.

Have you had a look into the Church's history? The early Church in Rome, or in Africa, Greece, Turkey, and other places? Have you had a look into their doctrines? Have you seen their manner of practice?

Have you also noticed that Orthodox churches don't place particular emphasis on mundane things like tithe and first fruits, because in reality these are all elaborate money grabbing schemes.

It is absolutely stupid, and the more redundant to think that God would stop blessing you if you stop giving your pastor your salary.

You should desist from such mindset, and quit the unnecessary fear. God's blessings are His prerogative. He may decide to give or not give you even if you give him a billion dollars every second. That's what makes him different from other gods.

Think for yourself, don't be sheep.

I already said everyman for himself, I do whatever works for me, if you feel you're are wise, and I am stupid, thank you, I am enjoying my life, Mr.Wise

If you truly want to be distinct in what you do, especially science and technology, abeg, strife to get educated internationally at any point in your career.Nigeria educational system will not get the best out of you.

well you have to understand the law of three stages by August comte
theological stage
metaphysical stage
and positive stage

Nigeria currently ,we are in the theological stage
most of the Western world are currently in the positive stage

in my opinion relegion and poverty cannot be separated ..in my opinion one of the easiest way to get people work is trying to convince you them not to wait for an unexpected miracle ... all these are just characteristics of the theological stage
but the positive stage a good example is china which is demolishing churches and mosques, then placing premium on mathematics.. don't forget the same whites that brought this relegion to us are not as a relegious as we are,but don't forget they passed the same stage we are currently

but my little girl opinion relegion and poverty can't be separated

I hope you know that the richest churches are in USA and UK, Church of Christ of the Later day saints and Church of England?

SUCKABLE88:

Nigerian poverty rate has a lot to do with our religious centres because the leaders of such places can stair the minds of the populace towards socioeconomic advancement. but they rather not

How can poverty rate be due to religious centres, Saudi Arabia, Egypy, China, Singapore, Poland are highly religious countries but they are not poor.Even South Africa, the headquater of Christian Music in Africa that produced the Soweto gospel choir that won multiple gramys, they are doing fine.So there is no apparent relationship between poverty and religion.

Politics / Why Nigeria's Poverty Rate Cannot Be Due To Churches by Profayo: 9:33pm On Dec 08, 2018
It's highly illogical to link poverty and religion and it will be fallacious to say Nigeria is poor because of religion and developed countries are so because of less religion faithfuls.

First, developed countries started as highly religious countries and that didn't stop them from getting to where they are today

Also religion involves christianity, Islam and Buddhism and there are several countries what have devout faithfuls of these several religions and they are still doing fine.China and Singapore are dominated by Buddhists but that didn't stop them from developing.
Saudi Arabia and Egypt are islamic countries. Germany is being ruled by the Christian Democratic Union and they are obviously doing fine

A Church owned university, Convenant university is the best private university in Nigeria today and even one of the top five in the country, it might be argued in some quaters that they are the best in Nigeria. It has provided job opportunities for several Nigerians and they keep making ground breaking researches

Nigeria's problem is multifactorial, it's lack of insight to say people should not worship God because Nigeria if the poverty headquarters, let's tackle the main problems causing the poverty

I will conclude with the famously misquoted quote of Karl Max ;Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, and the soul of soulless conditions. It is the opium of the people.
