I don't know how to go about it. Dynadot looked in and said the name is attached to different businesses and wondered if they would log complaints against them all. ..That they can't advise on what to do.

Happy Sunday guys. I acquired one domain that dropped last night. Kinda two words, two syllables domain like say 'PayPal' or 'YouMe' for example. The owner has been using it for his product consecutively since 2013 and never let it go. I just discovered this morning that he trademarked the name since 2013 too and his trademark filling expired last month but still showing Live Trademark when I checked!

I'm kind of scared, I don't want wahala... Am I free to still own the domain or should i ask for a refund?

Recently, I checked back and I noticed I didn't get too many views.

I still want to contact end-users. However I want to know if the domain names are good enough.
