Nasarawa GRA is where Gen Abacha's family house is located if you want cheap self con house you would have to look for house at the outskirt of Kano but then you would have to consider transport. I think the Hausa are friendly just ask around when you get there, you would find a house unlike their Ibadan counterpart who would collect agency fee before showing you one yeye house or a house that requires you to be married when they know you are single

The clamour for restructuring and true federalism would clearly give greater control to the federating units/regions, and promote a sense of localised power, but that's even unlikely - because the minorities within each region would still cry out about inequalities and marginalisation.

Then of course the most immediate reality that would emanate from true federalism is that the core North would be absolutely penurized because the largesses they have unfairly enjoyed for decades would be eliminated. So of course there would be no near term 'improvement' in the economy of the North. Rather, their economic woes will be x10 of what it is today.

The truth is that true federalism or restructuring is more a cry for justice - justice for the South specifically - than anything else. That's why the North cannot and will never entertain any such talk.

send me your mail there is a book i will send to you to read on how best to restructure Nigeria, and how it would benefit the federating units. The 1999 constitution is a sham that will take us nowhere.

Lagos state keeps shutting down schools up and down but has refused to do anything about the "schools" that breed agberos and thieves. Is Lagos state government ignorant of these schools such as
1. Oshodi under bridge high school
2. Mile 2 comprehensive academy
3. Jubilee -under secondary school
4. Iyana ipaja comprehensive school
Etc

Some of us(that our parents could not afford this expensive private schools) are products of these so called "breeding grounds for agberos" schools, and are not doing badly for ourselves. We were not thought swimming lessons cos the facilities were not there. If a private school decides to provide these facilities they should also carry out safety measures, and if they don't the government has every right to hold them accountable.

Fwiw a lot of decadence in our society is because of people making parents of people who are not ready for babies and parents having kids they cannot absolutely provide for.

Nollywood and poor education has also conditioned the average Nigerian to think abortion is a death sentence or recipe for further complications. Nope it’s not.

If you cannot afford a child abort the foetus early and be at peace with yourself. The girl still has her whole life ahead of her, you also.
Only keep the baby If God speaks to you like that, you can afford the child and provide for the girl(further her education) and ultimately marry her. Else you’re in for an expensive life lesson you don’t need to pass through.

Also consider your partner going on Birth Control. Last I heard its free / cheap in most government clinics and you can do the do for months on end without being guilt tripped by strangers.

Kids are expensive and if you can not afford one don't start this journey, abortion is bad but it is even worst to bring a child into the world that you can not take care of yourself and it would derail your life. I have seen unplanned pregnancies stop people from reaching their potentials.
And be responsible next time, always use a condom at all times.
