Yes, stand your ground, dogs smell fear and courage. The last experience I had, they were like 5 dogs charging at me at the same time(I went out to jog early in the morning), so I just focus on their leader who was the alpha male. I know it hard to stand your ground but that is your best bet cos most times you might not be able to outrun this dogs.

Faking your death is not easy. You have many options.
