The issue was that Dave Chapelle's special was originally not open for user reviews.

That being said, I dont even trust rotten tomatoes. I use IMDB user reviews and it has never failed me

How was Shazam a disgrace to comic readers.

Well Black Adam is definitely a standalone. It was to be introduced to Shazam as the villain but was shelved since it's too complicated a story to tell all at once. That's why its been given a standalone and might very possibly go up against HAWKMAN.

The plan is for Black Adam to go up against Captain Marvel in Shazam 2, I hear possibly also face off the Justice league.

The Sweet thing about Black Adam is that it may very possibly set up the Justice Society of America. Since it features two of its members in Hawkman and The Atom.

As for me, I'm anticipating the Big Screen adaptation of Dr. Fate!!

If you are fan of stunning visual effects, then you should check out this movie.
A combination of Ready Player One, Star Wars and James Cameron's Avatar.
Story line was Ok.

I thought Rihanna's openning act in this movie was way cooler than watching a stripper on pole, plus the the fluid effects.

I think what DCEU ought to do to become relevant again is to bring the dark and gritty content of the comics to the screen without watering anything down. The darker, the better. They should stop pandering to the wider audience like Marvel, and start doing their own thing. They should stay true to the grim and bleak world of DC universe.

For the fact that Joker has decided to go this way is a testament that DCEU have started to think creatively. It's honestly the only way they can step away from MCU's shadow.

This is the same problem Todd Mcfarlane is having for the Spawn reboot.
