The news of the border closure is every where and the concomitant sonsequences on Nigerians and others Africans alike.

The essence of this post is not to show the advantages and of that undertaking rather to tell Nigerians and Africans plus who ever that cares to know that Nigerian government did it purposely to make life difficult for Christians who are preparing for Christmas.

There is no gain saying the fact that it a recurring decimal in Nigeria that life is always made difficult for Christians during yuletide.
Facts are there to buttress my assertion.the borders are manned by the customs service to generate revenue for government and also to stop importation of contraband products.if the people saddled with this responsibility are not doing it well,the government could as well relieve them of the responsibility.a government can not punish its citizens because of the ineptitude of a few.

It is now in public space that the borders will be reopened by January.it invariably mean that it will be after the Yuletide and by then the Christians have suffered enough while searching for food for their celebrations.

I rest my case for now but I leave my readers with one question:has Nigeria attained sufficiency in food production to close their border?

This is no doubt the UNDISPUTED load of horse shiit I have read this year.

In essence, the "arrest and restraining" is predicated upon your reporting to the police/security agencies not to take the law into your hands.

It is even funnier and shocking how you lot find nothing wrong about such an illegal act as one civilian taking the laws into their hands by putting another civilian in shackles over an issue that is not a criminal matter but a civil one.

The initial response was to comment that "no citizen can arrest a citizen" of which you just confirmed my point.

I will try to keep this short but elaborate at the same time.

To bulk up you will need 4 things

1. Food (lots of good healthy food)
2. Exercise
3. Consistency
4 Patience.

FOOD: this is the most important thing when it comes to adding weight, without this the other 3 are irrelevant when it comes to adding weight.
Look at it this way - while the Exercise (or weight training) is the blue print to build the house, FOOD is the building material to erect the building.
With that said, if you load yourself with junk, you will look like junk, if you load yourself with clean healthy food, you will look good and healthy. In other words you are what you eat.

EXERCISE: Like I said in the above paragraph, exercises are the blue prints for building impressive physiques. Workout creates tear and breaks down the muscles (some times damages the muscle) this will then force the body to initiate a healing process to these areas, it's while the body heals the torn muscles that helps the muscles grow. The body gives attention to these damaged section of its body first so it uses whats at its disposal for this job, and what else works best other than FOOD.

CONSISTENCY: The human body is a creature of habit, it will dispute anything it feels that is foreign. It will take some great deal of convincing before your body begin to accept some things as normal.
You must know to gain mass through weights means you will at some point alter your bone mass, which also means your skeletal structure.
This feat can not happen over night (not even in 6 months), you must keep at it until it becomes part of your muscle memory.
It's only with consistency you can grow stronger, and when you get stronger you get bigger.

PATIENCE: At your age you will need patience, we tend to gather weight naturally when we get past our 30s but in your case at this age your metabolis may still be very high, so no calorie bank.
Your body may still be going through it's reformation process so don't expect anything to blow up and blow out. But know this - something is going on behind those weakness after exercising and increase in appetite, you need the body to handle it's self during this stage. I bet you when your body is ready you will be complaining cos you will need a wardrobe change whether you like it or not.
It takes time so patience is key.

# Better to under train than over train, the bottom line here is to avoid injuries - injuries will only render you useless.
