If that's what you call it. A Tool to me would be like an additional plugin to a browser or an app or software you access a webpage with, in order to develop/edit... or whatever.... Since it is inbuilt with every browser, I don't see it as a tool.

Yea using dev tools ..using dev tools,you can inspect edit layout and edit live css temporarily.

You don't need dev tools. If you are using Chrome or Mozilla, just right click on the page and select "Inspect"

You don't have to be a webmaster. It is purely html trick. Just click on the source, copy it in a notepad, notepad++ or sublime, look into the codes you will see where the infos, you can save it back to your local system as html file. Now open it with any browser, your changes will reflect. But it won't affect the content on the server.

Yea, C and C++ is powerful and it's not that hard to master anyway at least not like assembly language, I have A in it in my csc 201 and csc 202... But I've not done any serious programming in it. You can still use Java for Embeded systems.... Even Java FX. You studied or studying Elect/Elect right?

She's actually right, if she doesn't want sex, she should stay away from relationship completely, and embrace the friendship stuff. The same girls will want to cuddle, kiss, smooch, and have some romantic moments in the relationship, they want passion but no sex, is that not equal to suffering the other partner, I even call it being selfish, you turned the guy on and you say no, this is what leads to rape most times. The only no sex relationship I believed that should be allowed should be the one without any form of romance, that is no kissing, smooching, caressing, cuddling and stuffs like that... then I can see you as a friend, and we are fine.

I'm not enforcing a sexual relationship but my point is If you don't want a sex-relationship, just stay away from it. There's no crime in just being a friend.

It's not the JAMB Brochure... It is the school's admission requirement. It is on the school website. If you think choosing agric instead of biology will boost your jamb score or physics instead mathematics. Why not go for it?
