@ bolded. Did you mean attestation letter?
Attestation? All I know is that testimonial means recommendation: a favourable report on the qualities and virtues of somebody or something.

1. If you do have a problem with your birth certificate... You can easily get another one at NPC, or you can go to the court to the affidavit(*Affidavit will not be collected from you during Registration)

2. Admission requirements for freshers? I don't get that....

3. Is not compulsory to use your secondary school testimonial, you can get another form of testimonial from a respected ruler(Pastor, Imam, Local Government Chairman, King, Senator, Governor, etc) in the society that can testify that you are of a good character. The letter must be typed in a letter headed paper and with appropriate signature and stamp. I remember some colleagues got theirs from Father's House(A very popular church in Unaab).

A lot of guys love sexx as well as ladies. But sexx will not guarantee that a man will love a woman for marriage.
Not guarantees a marriage... But for ♍ƺ, good sexx plays a big role.

ProgrammingRe: Let's Talk Python by pseudonomer(op): 7:01am On Dec 18, 2013
jeebz: Python can be used to develop GUI apps using a GUI framework such as TKinkter and WXPython. You can also build Web apps using frameworks such as Django, CherryPy or Bottle. Nairaland is currently built with Python. I developed a mini web app for computing students grade using python and Django framework.
I developed a app for computing students grade too, but it's in py, I read about Tkinkter and WxPython....but I don't really grab much about the GUI stuffs... Can I see your apps and codes, or at least part of your codes that maybe helpful?

Don't follow the crowd, know yourself. Always take your test serious... Read everyday, don't wait till exam is next week or test coming up tomorrow before you pick your books. And COLNAS no be sersere. If you're in MTS, CSC, STS, PHS, and COLENG in general, don't Bleep with mts103, I know so many brilliant dude that carry that course, the class work and assignments look so simple but the exam and test na mogbe.

Move with brilliant dudes, good brains are infectious.

VERY IMPORTANT DON'T JOKE WITH PAST QUESTIONS

Take your 3 units and 2 units course very serious, aim for A's and B's in them, they are good for the health of your cgpa.
