IMHO, a law should be put in place(and taken seriously), to curb this menace. Any campaign or media publicity of any sort declaring a political parties plans towards the next election should be banned.
This is a democracy, our leaders are elected to lead us for 4years. The least we can do for them is to provide them with the ideal working environment for those 4years.
