stocknrock: Let me give you what I have minus the analysis page. Try to keep it updated though even during the bull season . Since the bears came I have been inundated with the request for this spreadsheet. I shared this towards the end of last year so I'm surprised I keep getting emails asking for the updated version. I use the daily FSDH spreadsheet to update it. I got most of my original data from Wanaj0(thanks again) but I've kept it updated since. Like I've repeated many times, I cannot share my analysis page anymore because it has a lot of comments with my name attached to it and I can't go through the pain of deleting each, one at a time. Removing all the comments which is possible with a single click of the mouse will make the spreadsheet very misleading especially regarding outstanding shares and how I have arrived at my valuations. So here goes. Go to www.yahoo.com/briefcase and login with user: newnaira1 password: helpme You will find the file in the "My Documents" folder. |

adewaleafolabi: I think by the time it starts smelling N15 you should sell if you are just in for quick CICO . Profit takers will soon depress the price again. People fear the release of the PO certificates but I don't think these matter because the PO certificates don't qualify for dividends or bonus so they can't be verified. This means even if you CICO, holding the stock close to the announcement of full year results may also be rewarding. They have only few shares to cater for this financial year. A bit like Oceanic. Just don't hold the stock up to the closure date because most likely the PO shares will be listed immediately after. |

husu: If you are holding Aiico be vigilant so you can cash out. If the PO certificates meet you, he fit hard small. |

Femtex: The only problem is that GSK dropped PAT year on year so the forward PE can be around 27 if it drops PAT again by the same margin. |

Prince11: I think you are looking at this just from the technical point of view. Fundamentally UBA, Oceanic and Chellarams are good value but Mutual Benefit is not. Many stocks that are not fundamentally strong are seeing their lowest prices in the last 2 weeks or so. There is no assurance that these will not even sink lower especially insurance stocks that seem to now be out of favour. It is better to wait for a stock like Mbenefit to bottom out before you enter. If Chellerams should grow their PAT by just 25% this year, the forward PE will be round 19. Now consider the fact that they grew PAT by over 200% last year. What if they hit 50% this year? Back to your question, if you are looking at 9 months from now just extend it to one year and load up on UBA and Oceanic. Chei, I go dey envy by that time if I don't grab copies at a shop near me too. |

Na audited result sef and FSDH I think reports it correctly as full year result. End of story. I no get Afroil and I've never bought. I'm just correcting your statement abi na bad thing? It appears you were so impressed by this meeting, you don't think it is necessary to check any information you are given. Malaga: Please check your facts again. I am not disputing that this is a dead company and I am not supporting the assertion either. Afroil released Full Year results for 2006 in April last year. |

dvonne: Selling is one thing, buying something good with the money is another. I don't think this is the time to buy Ikeja Hotels after missing the recent bull run. Profit takers can strike any moment. ABC is not fundamentally sound either so if you can buy it, you might as well stick with Japuaul since it has also shed a lot of weight. These are my suggestions of what to buy now. Caveat Emptor Abeg. Medium Term - Beta Glass Long Term: UBA/Oceanic/Chellarams Sorry I won't be able to dissect these stocks now. If you check previous posts, you will find posts in which I gave reasons for buying Beta Glass and Chellarams. As for UBA and Oceanic, these are undervalued but it may take a while for the market to wake up. Good luck. |
