Never. I'd cut them off like an umbilical cord. Don't have time for backstabbers. |
tizblink:Yeah, but he's some big shot now. Saw him on FB the other day. He's done well for himself. Backbone turn Funnybone because he's probably laughing all the way to the bank with the kind of thing he's doing |
None. Everyone called me by my full names. Both name & surname. That's when you know you're a smarty pants ![]() There was a guy in my class who had a hilarious nickname though. He had hunched shoulders. Almost looked like a vulture in his stance. Kids can be so mean sometimes, so they called him Backbone or Wishbone because of his bent back. |
Nice one. But he looks like a weed smoker The face is too gaunt. Like he needs a sandwich or something. |
Not to be. Personally, I don't like wasting my time & affections on people I don't really care about. Dating multiple partners would require a bit of faking interest on my part. I can't do that. I'd feel drained. |
Bitchcrafts & Daretodiffer. Hope you guys have a good one ![]() |
She has lovely glowing skin. Now if only most people took care of their brown skin the way she takes care of hers, there wouldn't be muddy looking people. |
AfroKnight, is that you in red? ![]() |
shyling:Morning ![]() I'm preoccupied with a lot of things at the moment, so that'll have to wait. How's KZN today? Cold? |
Kristofferson:Wow. Cool. |
LMAO. This can't be for real. |
shyling:What healing process do they use in Zimbabwe? Laugh therapy? Because going by the quotes making rounds here on NL, their president seems to have become a stand up comedian of sorts Well, whatever they're doing over there is not working because they still risk their lives & get eaten by crocodiles daily, while trying to cross the Limpopo river to get to SA. South Africans will heal in their own time. The healing process is not a race but a journey. Once upon a time, I also didn't like anyone that wasn't South African But through association you learn to like people regardless of where they come from. A Kenyan guy I went to high school with was a needed & necessary change of mindset for me as an individual. I learned to judge people on their character & not by their nationality. I'm not perfect though because there are still nationalities I dislike ![]() |
shyling:I'm not denying that. We are a sick nation PTSD it must be for those that do act out on their anger & other unresolved issues. We had the TRC a while back, to try heal the nation, but it seemed to open up old wounds most people were trying to forget. So I guess now it's up to each person to try better themselves & the rest will follow suit. |
LMAO. I guess opposites DO attract after all. Must be true love. |
Ravenna:And so? You do know anyone can breed, right? That's not some achievement ![]() |
AlphaDex:Oh well. Like they say, history is a good teacher ![]() |
AlphaDex:Still not enough to say ALL are this or that when she probably knows only the ones living in the Cape Flats. Cape Town, where she's from, is not a place to conduct a survey when it's not even the place where majority of blacks live. If blacks over there are the worst, they probably learned their "worst" behaviour from the Coloureds (who happen not to be the most outstanding citizens themselves) ![]() And if all are the worst, according to HER...guess the common denominator ![]() |
shyling:Backtracking? ![]() Anyway, there are good & bad people everywhere, not just in SA. As I'm sure you're here doing honest work & not a dope slinger, yeah? ![]() |
shyling:Then why say we're all wicked people when you know very well I'm also part of the same group of people you just demonized? ![]() |
Natascha:Now you're talking nonsense! What do you know about me to box me in your narrow mindedness? That's like me saying all Coloureds are drunks & a waste of space in this country. Funny because in your personal text you present yourself as a tolerant & an open minded individual & not the ignoramous making the above blanket statement. Have you met ALL black South Africans? |
shyling:And what does this have to do with me? Am I the cop in question? I'm a South African but I'm not responsible for the actions of some South Africans, nor am obligated to speak on their behalf. The only actions I'm responsible for are my own. It ends there. South Africans are not all bad people, so I think it's unfair of you to paint all of us with a single stroke, just because some are bad apples. In the news or here, for instance, they only report the bad experiences they've had with (some) South Africans but never the good deeds. I live with different nationalities & I've seen MY people break fights between YOUR people. Hence I'm against all these generalizations that some of you like to throw around about South Africans on this forum, as if you've met all 53 million South Africans one-on-one. |
bitchcrafts:LOL, you went ham on him! TBH, he'll fit right in Very few of them are worth getting all hot & bothered about ![]() |
