Awww, why be so mean? Like he said, he's not formally trained. At least he has an interesting hobby. Let's learn to motivate each other sometimes. There's a time to be critical but when someone is putting out their creative pursuits or something they're obviously proud of, then maybe constructive criticism is the best way to go instead of just pulling him down without telling him where he needs to improve.
