Believe me, When it comes to solar sourced energy this is one area our Goverment is not happy abt, they prefer a situation where by people will pay into their pocket to get their energy needs. If not so, they should have attract solar panel manufacturers into the country by now with our epileptic electricity supply. They know, should Nigerians get to mount Panels on their roofs, that will shrink what they get from all those power companies own by fellow politicians and their friends. Our politicians should take a que from the Kenyan Government policies on the use of solar energy to electrify rural areas.

I am a young manager in one of an old generation bank. I have this colleague who is a subordinate and a marketer. Recently, i discovered that he has supressed customers cash up to fifteen customers and these money is either loan payment, deposit or account openings.
Many customers came to the branch to complain and i felt embarassed some on loan when they have not paid back their loan and u call them just to discovered that they paid and he supressed the cash. I gave him a querty wen i gathered all evidence and copied management and disciplinary committee was set for him and with lot of evidence, he was found guilty and his appointment terminated. He has suppressed more than a million naira of customers cash. Thats so far what we discovered. More than three months, yesterday he sent me a text messsge calling me evil and blaming me. He also threatened my life .
What do i do?

Nah! i don't think so, the sun is plentiful in Africa with about 325days of bright sun light a year than any part of the Globe, but we use less of the solar than Europe and America that have less exposure to the sun. Pa Daniel was until his death on the 7th of August 2016, a retired Jos prison officer, who I believe have served this country diligently and was abandoned. He was buried on the 12th of August 2016; may his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace, Amen.

There are many like Pa Daniel in our society who have nobody to care for them. We really need to change our mindset on how we see and treat our senior citizens (old). Because we'll surely grow old someday.
