ProgrammingRe: My Journey Into Svelte Development by qtguru(op): 5:12pm On Oct 27, 2022
I made it into a custom component so we can reuse it, the code duplication in this project is insane, no Code coverage.

A List of items, that can be created in memory and then sent as batches to the API and can be managed.

Makes sense, the component-driven approach saves code duplication.

I hope JetPack Compose feels this way grin

I used named slots to swap between editable and saved mode and dispatcher for Custom Events.

Such simple design, nothing like complicated State management, Svelte uses a simple Pub/Sub store.

No time, even the chairs I have, I got it for 5k from Andela auction. this economy no lau lau spending.

Yes I agree he should have put some pointers. But still you can google design principles and check if you’re following those guidelines, no be until person use full mouth talk.
true in psychology there's a term called the reverse halo effect. where one negative quality is used to judge the overall characteristics. A lot of clients can easily succumb to it, even amongst us.

If a Client or we see bad graphics design, without testing you, they/we will write you off.

Something as cheap as a CSS challenge that can inspire lots of learners is being sent to PM. The reason why Nairaland is like a public Nigerian motor park. Very loose and retrogressive.
I used to think so, but there are too many insults flying/curses left and right, better to deal off the platform if mods cannot regulate this section.

Yea, I do googlesheet with appscript too.

I have always been a fiverr person but fiverr is really becoming less and less lucrative.

Upwork has more jobs with better pay but I don't get a reply after submitting a proposal.
Try this format, list the tools and be specific, categorize your skills

I don't use Upworks fully but I notice applying at 5 in the evening works and attaching a lot of evidences tends to work a lot. I always attach videos, screenshots per proposals, most clients are too lazy to view your proposals, A client on reddit mentioned it.

Alright, thank you.

What do you think about my profile please?
I think you need to diversify your skill and learn new tools. Excel is good, but most use Google Sheets and Airtable because of scripting, automation, and third-party integration with services.

You can explore multiple profiles, you don't have to be just a Power BI person only on Upworks, you can fulfil other skill-sets too, there are some skills you can do that just requires focus, and administrative skills.

I have been trying to break into upwork for 2 months now but to no avail.

Sending well written proposals to jobs I can do but winning none.

It is very frustrating.
What are your skills and share your profile. This is a matured space
