Rapist, Mustapha Audu Tells His Story

Perhaps the biggest rape scandal of the decade,
the case of Lotanna Odunze-Igwe and Mustapha
Audu, one of the sons of Prince Abubakar Audu,
a former two-time governor of Kogi State who
passed on last Sunday is an interesting one.
Lotanna, popularly known by her social media
identity, @sugabelly on Sunday exposed horrible
details of how she repeatedly suffered sexual
abuse in the hands of Mustapha, his brothers,
his cousin and his friends. Her tweets, laced with
graphic details of brutal sexual assault came
moments after news of Prince Audu’s death
filtered into the Nigerian media. Her story, gory
and dehumanising as she portrayed it,
immediately drew the sympathy of a wide
section of the Nigerian public with
condemnation and attacks targeted at the
alleged perpetrators of what many thought was
only possible in seedy x-rated Hollywood
productions. All through this moment, the
accused were silent. Their side of the story was
completely lost in the social media mob that was
already screaming blue murder! Perhaps, the
accused sons of the late Prince Audu were too
engrossed mourning the demise of their father
to be bothered about allegations and
condemnations that had gone viral in the social
media. Just yesterday, Friday November 27,
2015, the accuser once again released another
bombshell, this time a detailed blog account of
her ordeal in the hands of Mustapha, his
brothers, his cousins, and his friends. It was a
chilling story that sparked further sympathy
towards the “victim” and more condemnation
towards the alleged perpetrators. In this
exclusive interview, Publisher of SIGNAL, Ohimai
Amaize and Editor of SIGNAL, Yemi Adebowale
sat down in a chat somewhere in an apartment
in Asokoro, Abuja face to face with the man in
the eye of the storm, Mustapaha Abubakar
Audu. This is his story:

Abeg o! Still reading through this thread - but if there's one thing I'm quickly learning, we as parents - mothers especially - can't take our eyes off our girl child. Not even for half a second!

That's it o..I hope to be married soon and I get scared about parenting.I don't know if I am strong enough for the serious responsibilities and obligation of motherhood.Its not just enough to show the world you are fertile,it takes a lot to raise a child you can be proud of.My mum wasn't perfect,heck..I was even from a broken home.Yet she made sure she was involved in every area of my life.I see her as a friend more than a mother,that way I can tell her anything till date.She was strict with me,but also drew me close so I don't get scared of her ,and start trying to show her I am an adult by rebelling.I was not brought up to be naïve,she ensured that so I don't go around acting like a mor.on and blame it on young age.Everything sugarbelly went through was kick-started by lack of parental care and proper upbringing.

There are women out there who would make great mothers and are barren. And there are women like Suggabelly's mother who received the fruit of the womb even though she apparently doesn't deserve to be called a mother. So it has nothing to do with God punishing women for being wicked.

Yea,in all God is all seeing and has reasons for not blessing most women with a child.The lack of good parenting skills is just one instance,its not exclusive.

However as a Parent I am very concerned about the input of this girls parents when she was growing up

Something definitely went very very wrong & even though this has happened and the clock cant be turned back for this girl, there are lots of lessons to be learnt from this sad story.

Parents please be involved in your kids. There is nothing out of bounds that you shouldn't be able to talk about.

Single mothers should be careful of the relationships that they go into (I read somewhere that the mothers boyfriend also raped this girl)

Fathers when you leave home, think about the kids you are leaving behind and the effect of your leaving on their mental state. Daughters need a father so be involved. Dont just walk away without looking back.

This girl grew up with zero self esteem and had gaps in her life that she thought that sex would fill. She needed love and she thought that sex would translate to love.
Unfortunately & sadly she came in contact with a user & a manipulator who took advantage of the situation.

Money cannot be exchanged for spending quality time and being involved with your children, This girl attended one of the most expensive schools in Nigeria but lacked parental guidance and support.

I sincerely hope that she is able to heal and enjoy the rest of her life. They stole a part of her life but I hope that she is able to reclaim the rest of it back and live a happy and fulfilled life.

A woman brought her daughter into my office on friday morning. She was bathing the child after taking her home from school in the evening when the girl screamed that her pee-pee was hurting her. On examination, the mother found abrasions and slight bleeding on the inner right thigh and the right labia majora had lacerations. The child is three years old. It was obvious she had been molested a few hours earlier and the culprit would most likely be a care-giver but we cant tell for sure cos she can barely communicate english. Thats a helpless victim. Thats someone that cannot give consent. That is a REAL victim of underage rape. NOW multitasking is not good on the device. cos i opened candy crush, at the same time, uc browser and uc browser mini. den i went back to the candy crush, and it had to restart, instead of continuing where i left off. the XUI rom is a ram eater. even at idle state, i have just a little over 300mb ram free. this is the only downside i have noticed so far

Okay, I will base my answers or information on the infinix hot note pro which I am typing this with, tecno droidpad8 which is also available here and tecno r7 which I have used.
I have used tecno r7, which when it was released was regarded as one of tecno's best. Tecno R7 has a 13mp camera, the infinix note pro uses an 8mp camera both has an apparteur f/2.2, I do not know the name of theor lens maker... After comparing both, the infinix hot note pro had better color saturation and brightness yet it was just 8mp camera lens.
A little hint on the Camera chapter, gone are the days when consumers go for mobile devices without real details, these days, we are graced with facts not fictions, so when you see the megapixels of a lens or it mp value, do not excite about the mp, instead equire about the lens maker and the appateur of the lens. For me, Sony camera lenses are the best and Chinese phone makers often patronizes Sony or Samsung for camera lenses. So, if a phone is using a sony lens 13mp and apparteur f/2.0 be sure the picture production will be great. But if the phone is using a sony 13mp apparteur f/2.2 The pics willl be okay, but not that good. That said, the infinix big 6 is using a Samsung 13mp camera lens, f/2.0.... I Only know of the infinix zero 2 that uses this lens, so I can't say anything about it because I have not tested the picture quality of the zero 2. About speaker audio quality, audio quality from the infinix hot note pro is disappointing to say the least, little or no bass at all, rantling when volume is set to maximum during music play In terms of durability, so far, I have had no issues with this note pro... I have used it for about 4 or 5 months now.... So I give it a 80 out of 100 in terms of durability.. I currently have the tecno droidpad8 with me, I must confess its the best tablet I have seen and used, and I have used and seen a few including Samsung tab 3 and 4, tecno p9 and s9, Aino's 7inch tab... But a place the tecno droidpad8 8 failed completely is the multitasking department, nothing to write home about, in terms of multitasking I will give it 10 out of 100. The audio quality from the droidpad8 is superb, its like nothing I have heard from any auio device including my cheap music box which I once thought was the best movable music device, the display and battery life of the droidpad8 is thrilling, camera quality is like on a tab, nothing spectacular. In terms of durability, no issues with the droidpad8 since over 2 months of use, but for that multitasking error I won't advice you to get it... .. If you ask my opinion whether to get this big 6 or not, I will say go for it... Because I plan to buy the big 6 for a relative too, as soon as the funds become available by His Grace. Hopefully,

Guy thanks for the great analysis..I read reviews about the tecno driopad 8,and when I found out about the multitasking issue,it just killed my interest.Because I don't see the point using a phone that can't multitask as if it were a feature nokia phone.The big 6 will do abeg,plus I need great pictures.I want a device that can meet my needs,not just reading.That's why I am selling my cubetalk 9x,because it is basically an ebook reader to me.I don't play games and mostly leave it at home because of the size.At least with a 6 inch phone like infinix note 2,I can read my ebooks on the go,take nice pics and do other things.I would have to invest in a good earphone to make listening to music on it worthwhile.Thanks again bro.

Children get raped in school, yet they still have to go to school daily.
Househelps get raped yet they still hold on to their employment.
People are always been taken advantage of, yet they still remain in the abusive environment.
This is as real as your heart beating 60-100 times per minute.
