westliverenterp: Who has ideas about paint business, is it lucrative? your opinion and advice are needed let's take the lowest price, N14,000 per a bucket, a production that gives about 100 liters of paint per day will bring you N70,000 every day. You can easily calculate that in a month, such a production will give you about N2,000,000. N22,000,000 in a year are a good reason to start paint business in Nigeria |

NL1960: We are talking of a retiree and his wife spending 100k a month in the village. He is not farming. He can grow the tomatoes he needs in his garden.
If a basket of tomatoes is 25k in Lagos, definitely it will be far lower than that in a village in Kano that i used as example. Moreover, a retiree with his wife living in such a village cannot consume a basket of tomatoes in a month in such a village. Dem dey chew am raw every morning?. ko le work they will need medical attention and that money no go carry them. |

Please, HELP
Tenant A
He left with a balance of 50k with the control box of the pre-pair meter and imagine he (lawyer) went to collect the key of the apartment from the tenant and his telling me it's a bad debt, I should leave him for God. He doesn't even know where he relocated to, I was even the one that went to meet some of the boys in the area and bought few drinks for then and they told me where he relocated too
Tenant B Had 6 months left on his tenancy agreement we took him to court, the court ruled in our favor for the tenant to pay 245k, he packed out without paying a DIME. Prior to this time, he (lawyer) assured me that the tenant will pay, saying that if doesn't pay the tenant property will be used to offset the debt owed.
In summary, =N=295,000 gone to bad debt.
Tenant C has been owing since last year and I have a lawyer handling my property
Tenant D Finally, I decided going forward due diligence MUST be carried out, he didn't do as instructed with Tenant D, he didn't visit his former house or his current office.
My mom is currently ill and I need money
Please, how do I handle it? |

Rigel95: Look. for a good lawyer and let him write strongly worded letter to them, giving them ultimatums to settle the debts or face legal actions. Trust me something will come out, even of it is to reach an agreement that they'll pay in installments. Is it the Tenant B that has gone with the =N=245? or Tenant A that's has gone with 50k? Writing a strong worded letter in my opinion may not do much |

Is it all to it? How do one know when to buy? How are the purchases done? I know that experience will teach me which shares to buy or not buy, but kindly educate a lay man like me that is new to all this. Thanks alot Best time to buy is when there are dips usually in April after dividend payment. You buy using your preferred stock broker. Meanwhile follow Emmanuelwunmi |

Investment › Re: What If We Started Our Own Version Of Wallstreetbets? by QuinModah(f): 1:16am On Mar 06, 2021 |
Tejuri: Can be done anywhere. All it needs in we open a group chat and decide what crypto to buy and hold to make the price appreciate. We need to have a fairly large number to make it work though, but if done right, the potential profit is crazy. Dogecoin for example quadrupled in about 3 weeks then crashed to its original price then tripled again. This was made possible by a discord group of investors.
Want to know how much they made? Lets do the math. Lets use $10000 as a sample of initial investment.
1. Price quadrupled: $10000 x 4 = $40,000
2. Price crashed to original price (by shorting the coin profits can be made on crypto even when prices are falling): $40,000 X 4 = $160,000
3. Price tripled: $160,000 x 3 = $480,000
All that happened in less than 2 months.
Don’t take my word for it, go read up online on stories of how people made fortunes ealier in the year from Gamestop and Dogecoin from wallstreetbets. Wake up it's morning |
